Eagle’s Flight is partnering with the CN Tower to offer a new one-day Training & Development workshop in conjunction with Toronto’s tallest urban adventure – EdgeWalk.

The experientially based workshop will provide a full day’s comprehensive training, focusing on effective teamwork and communication. This full day of training will include a pre-brief discussion of the EdgeWalk associated with the elements in the workplace, an experiential exercise to set up key learning components, the EdgeWalk Experience itself and a comprehensive discussion around teams and communication.

Participants walk “hands-free” in groups of six to eight, while attached to an overhead safety rail via a trolley and harness system. Trained EdgeWalk guides encourage team members to push their personal limits, allowing those who dare to lean back over Toronto, with nothing but air beneath them and breathtaking open-air views of Toronto and Lake Ontario.

EdgeWalk is the world’s highest full circle hands-free walk on a 5ft (1.5m) wide ledge encircling the roof of the Tower’s restaurant, 356m/1168ft (116 storeys) above the ground.

Every aspect of EdgeWalk, from design, to build, to attraction logistics and operation has been developed with the utmost safety and security in mind.

Additional event options at one of the CN Tower’s award-winning hospitality venues can also be explored for the team.
