Here, you will notice how the twilight couple convey love by interlinking their hands. This effect enhances a form of passion that exists between any couple. Similarly, we have attempted to use this technique to demonstrate happiness that will contrast drastically to the isolation felt by the widow. As you can see, their facial expressions consist of happy faces, that differ from the intense looks upon the faces of the twilight couple. This is in order to magnify the past and the present circumstances.

This mid shot conveys yet another happy scene, where both couples illustrate immense love be leaning on one another. Once again, the faces depict pure happiness that is reflected through to mise-en-scene, where the clothes are bright and colourful that contrasts with the black ambience provided by the artist within the music video.

Here, we have the female alone, but as you can see from the image of Natalie Portman, it looks as though she is in love with the camera, as she displays an intense look, that promotes sexuality and a sense of lust. However, when imitating this, we wanted to change many elements, where Kalifa would look at the camera with loving eyes as though her husband is taking the picture. This effect was very successful, and we decided to create a form of levels to show a variety of shots within the photo album. As you can see above, this long shot inhibits the happiness and content love that the wife feels towards the husband. We can also see the radiance upon her face that distinguishes a warmth as though she is living a dream.

You will notice the fact that we have used a white screen as it reflects light better in comparison to the green screen. This will aid our work as we have limited lighting resources and will allow us to edit the images easily.

Here we can see the couples, caressing each other to sanctify this constant connotation of love. As you can see, the costumes have changed as this is not only a typical convention within music videos, but shows that the memoirs weren’t from a day, but evolved over time. This justifies the heartbreak as it was a strong relationship that existed for a long period.

Once again, we decided to portray this love through the use of intimate body language, you will notice the intense look upon the faces of the professional actors, but we decided to display a friendly gesture of love through the long shot on the left. The fact that the husband has his arms rapped around her waist exhibits a form of protection that is no longer present in the music video as he has died.

As many photo albums focus on happy past time experiences, we made sure that we focused on mainly joyful themes in comparison to intense emotions, as they are sometimes linked to unhappiness as you can see from the scene taken from Titanic. Nevertheless, the composition of the shot was inspiring, so we decided to do something along the same lines but using different angles.

As you can see, we wanted to show love as the husband sneaks a glance as though he is living a dream to be with her in that moment. This positioning worked well, as it is clear that both individuals are happy, as it is shown through their facial expressions. However, this picture may need to be cropped as the husband’s legs are positioned awkwardly, drawing the viewers eyes to that aspect.

On the left, we have a scene taken from ‘The Notebook’, where the women glances down on to the beautiful sea, thinking of her loved one. We wanted a similar effect that we could then edit onto a beautiful piece of land or sea side, that coincides with the summery clothes worn by the model, Kalifa.

In addition to this, we included certain shots that involved both husband and wife as though they are dancing happily, a typical hobby that is associated with couples, in particular married partners. We wanted them to look as though they were enjoying themselves through intimate body language and smiley faces.

As you can see above, this is one of the successful shots that we had gained from using this dancing technique. We ensured that the models were comfortable during this shoot in order for the pictures to come across positive and relaxed as if they were a real, happy couple.
