INSTRUC TIONS:

1. Pr int out pages 3 and 4 on 8 .5 x 11” cardstock paper. Pr int page 5 on pr inter paper. Pr int out smal l photos on pr inter paper.

2 . Cut out the big connec ted hear t , the smal ler p ink hear ts and the photos. I cut my photos into hear ts .

3 . Fold the f ront of the card in hal f. Set as ide.

Fold the connec ted hear t in hal f f rom le f t to r ight and unfold. Fold the connec ted hear t in hal f again f rom top to bottom and unfold.

4 . Fold the connec ted hear t in hal f f rom le f t to r ight and unfold. I t should create a d iagonal fo ld l ike the photo above. Repeat f rom r ight to lef t and then unfold.

5 . Place the connec ted hear t in f ront of you with a hear t on top and the s ides fo lded in . I t should look l ike the photo above.

6 . Unfold and glue the smal ler p ink hear ts in the middle. Glue your photos in the center of the hear ts . Let dr y and re - fold the connec ted hear t .

8 . Apply glue on the hear t and fold the card so that the hear t adheres to the ins ide. Let dr y.

7 . Glue the r ight hear t down onto the ins ide of the card. The point of the hear ts should l ine up with the middle fo ld in the card.

9 . Unfold the card to reveal your pop -up! Add your own message and decorate to make i t your own!
