To enter in the configuration menu you need to click 2 times the upper bar of the first screen and a hidden menu pops up – Screen 1

Screen 1

A password is needed for logging in the relevant menu. Default passwords are: Operator – 111 and Administrator – 000 and may be always changed by the Administrator.

Once logged in, Screen 2 shows all possible management options. There are 8 tabs/pages in the configuration menu. They group the specific settings of the application.Button “Exit Program” closes the software; button “Shut down MS Windows” logs out from the software and automatically shuts down the computer. Pressing button “Back to Kiosk Mode” exits from Administrator menu and goes to the user part of the program.

1) Global Settings

# Password - The password for both Administrator and Operator account could be changed - Screen 3.1. The new password should be confirmed twice. Password may be a random combination of letters, symbols and digits and there is no max or min length restriction. It is essential to remember that the password is case sensitive. PassWord, PASSWORD and password are in fact 3 different passes.

# Backgrounds - „Add Background“ - Screen 3.2 -Backgrounds are separated by folders. The path to the main directory where are folder is shown in „Target directory“, in this case it is „..\Resources\Backgrounds“ and is located in current directory. By default there are 10 folders but Administrator can make new or can rename folders from Windows. Using button „Add“ backgrounds can be added, with „Delete“ can be removed.

# Animations - „Add Animation“ - Screen 3.3 - Animations adding and removing procedure is the same like backgrounds, but here the main folder is „...\Resources\Clip Art“. By default there are 6 folders but Administrator can make new or can rename folders from Windows.

# Frames - „Add Frame“ - Screen 3.4 - Frames adding and removing procedure is the same like backgrounds, but here the main folder is „...\Resources\Frames“. By default there are 6 folders but Administrator can make new or can rename folders from Windows. Frames should be in “*.png” file format.

# Album Images - „Add Image to album“ - Screen 3.5 - Images adding and removing procedure is the same like backgrounds, but here the main folder is „...\Resources\Album Images“. Images should be in “*.png” or *.jpg file format.

# Choose Language – Use the drop down meny to select the language you want the application to work with.# Currency - From the drop down list set the application to use the specified currency.# Save album in – Select the directory, where you want to save the prepared albums. It is used also as a temporary folder.# Manufacturer – Your name of the company which will be displayed in the bottom bar of the program.

# Photo – This tab is used to set the step of Saturation, Contrast, Density, Transparency, Hue, Move and Zoom.

# Interval – Timeout intervals – after these intervals are over and there is nocustomer activity on monitor screen, the program goes back to start up screen. - Message alert for a new order – define after how many minutes to show a message that interval was over.- New order in – define how many seconds after showing the message program goes back to start up screen.- Presentation Interval – define the time interval of each page of the prepared album.- Select days to store old orders – define how many days to store orders in temporary Orders directory.# Check box options – enable or disable selected features.

2) Installed albums

# Add/Edit/Delete - Screen 4 – Using button „Add“ different albums can be added, with „Edit” can be edited and with „Delete“ can be removed.

# Add/Edit Album- Screen 5

# Photo – This tab is used to set the proper image of the album. The drop down menu shows only the installed album images.# Layouts– This tab is used to Add or Delete the default layouts that will be shown on each page in Manual mode. If the album is single the first layout number(202 on Screen 5) corresponds to the front cover, the second - to the first page and the last layout number corresponds to the back cover of the album. If the album or the cover is double the first layout number(202 on Screen 5) corresponds to the first page and the last layout number corresponds to the double cover of the album. The check box in front of each layout number is used to enable or disable each page in the album (for example odd or even pages, the cover, pages behind the cover).# Size of album – Cover - Increases the size of the album cover compared to other pages.– Page Cut - Sets the page margins as during album manufacture the pages are cut and the images can be also cut.– Custom Size - Size of the album.– Width/Height - Actual size of the album pages in pixels– Double - 2 pages of the album are made from 1 page, bend in the middle. In this case the page width become double automatically.– Page thickness - this thickness is used to increase the cover width corresponding to the number of pages# Number of pages and Prices – Using button „Add“ different pages and prices can be added, with „Edit” can be edited and with „Delete“ can be removed. # Add/Edit - Screen 5.1 - there are prices for different quantity of albums.

3) Media for Kiosk – Screen 6 - This tab is used to configure the input media devices when the software is used in Kiosk mode. Input devices can be enabled or disabled.

4) Album Elements - Screen 7 – Left side of this tab is used to enable or disable Photo Book services.

# Color – Using Red, Green and Blue slider, the shadow color can be changed. # Settings – This tab is used to set shift, angle of the corners and transparency of the shadow# Layouts – Preview of made corrections of the shadow.

5) Upload to FTP server - Screen 8 – Type User Name, Password and FTP address. Browse button can be used to select proper directory on FTP server where the prepared albums will be uploaded.

6) Burn CD/DVD - Screen 9 – The check box enables or disables the option to order a CD/DVD together with the created album. Different prices for the CD/DVD can be entered, depending on the quantities.

# Sounds – The sounds main directory is „..\Resources\Sounds“ and is located in current directory. Using button „Play“ sounds can be played, with „Delete“ can be removed. To add a new sound press the button “Browse” - Screen 9.1 – open it and press the button “Add”

7) Delivery - Screen 10

Screen 10# Printer – Order details can be printed only if there is a configured printing device , if there is not installed receipt printer „No printer“ have to be selected. Field “Copies” is the number of copies that will be printed. Receipt printer is used mainly in Kiosk Mode of the software.# Way of delivery – There are 2 options: receive at the shop and deliver by courier– Receive at the shop - Using button „Add“ different shops can be added, with „Edit” can be edited and with „Delete“ can be removed. Shop details are shown on Screen 10.1

– Delivery by courier – Using button „Add“ different couriers can be added, with „Edit” can be edited and with „Delete“ can be removed. Courier details are shown on Screen 10.2 A field Additional information can be added or removed from the user details screen.

– Delivery price – Screen 10.3 – Price for delivery can vary depending on number of ordered photo books. Free delivery price is possible above definite total price or number of albums.

8) Online payment - Screen 11 – Way of payment with Credit card using a PayPal account.

# Host Site – Web address, where a PHP application is uploaded. This application redirects to a PayPal web site.# PayPal email – Email of the registered PayPal user. ePay is used in Bulgaria.

9)ActualisationThere is option to auto album, price etc. update try FTP.You have to set user and password, FTP and FTP folder where is the update.You can adjust update on every start up of the software.
