PHOTOSHOOT PLANNING

LOCATIONSpecifically, Based on the location of my photoshoot I want it to look very edgy and more urban and I will assure that it links with the genre as R and B. Like for example some places in Camden town (Graffiti Walls) or Central London with (Brick Walls). This will make my magazine more attractive and it also builds confidence so that many people will purchase it due to the astounding background and classy location for my photoshoot.

EQUIPMENT LISTLaptop- This is very useful as this is where I save my photos, edit my pictures

and most specially make my final products (Contents Page, Front Cover and Double Page Spread).

Camera- This will be used to capture all my images for the magazine cover, contents page and double page spread.

Tripod- This will be very helpful as this holds my camera to make it more stable in capturing the photos. This make the photoshoot very easy and quick with clear and high quality images for my magazine cover, contents and double page spread. This also allows me to capture images on different angle accurately.

Smartphone- This is significant as this allows me to capture secondary picture or backup camera for my photoshoot if any errors will occur from the main camera.

Lighting- My Lighting of the camera will be based on flash mode to create the best quality image as possible for my magazine.

Memory Card- This is a back up help to help me secure my images to make it more safe in case if errors will occur in my laptop.

CREW LIST

• Shanayah- She will be the main cover artist of my magazine, She will portray edgy poses and professional modelling to meet the target audience needs.

• Krystal- Side Artist of my magazine (acts as shanny’s partner in crime on their R&B career) She will also do professional modelling posses to achieve clients needs,

• Andre (Myself)- Organizer and Photographer, I will capture all the photos and also edit them professionally. I am also in charge with the research for the location, makeup and etc. for my photoshoot. My last role is the fact that I am in charge will the casts in the crew.

• Angeline- Technical Help, She is going to help me set the equipment and assist me in any problems that will occur in the photoshoot.

• Trisha- Professional Photoshop Editor, She will guide me in editing the photos to make it as outstanding and professional images.

WHO IS GOING TO BE IN MY FRONT COVER, CONTENTS PAGE AND DOUBLE PAGE SPREAD?

• Predominantly, Shanayah will appear in all contents, front cover and double page spread. As she is the main artist that represents the naturalistic beauty of R and B music for my magazine. Her physicality also links with the age and ethnicity as a mixed race women. Also, she will be a superstar to promote my magazine that is suitable for my target audience. She will look fierce and edgy with professional edits, urban design and high tone photos.

• Additionally, Her side artist Krystal her partner in crime of her career will appear in the contents page as she is also significant because it made a big impact of her career. Assuredly, The audience will be intrigue on how they achieve the successful life they have now presently.

SHOT TYPES

Essentially, R and B images are always long shots and close ups as it would suggest the specific angle of my photography. Due to the fact that R and B magazines are always inferior and aggressive. For the graffiti back ground or Brick Background am going to make sure the background would stand out. I want to take images that is seductive and sensual, Perhaps, the show of skin that portrays a sensual, fierce attitude that would surely be very appealing for my target audiences, The lightning of my image will be mostly natural but to make it more professional and high quality, I will be adding some artificial lightning and filters.

Costume, Props, Style, Makeup and Hair• Shanayah- Based on the fashion she will wear a road and urban

fashion that portrays a very urban and modern look. She will have different attires for the front cover, contents page and double page spread to assure that we are hitting our target audience need and making this images really eye-catching. Her hair will afros with light highlight perhaps portrays the exotic beauty of mix black and white women that promotes equality. Her makeup will be very professionally done which makes her very beautiful and attractive. I want her to play with the fashion R & B clothes to suggest superiority and inferiority.

• Krystal- Based on fashion she will also have a modern R and B look with a bun hair style and professionally done makeup to ensure she also highlights the beauty of R&B music and also attracts more target audiences for my magazine to be successful and popular.
