This image was created using Photoshop, I did this by using a step-by- step tutorial. Firstly we started by getting an image of our choice and setting it as a background. Secondly we had to duplicate the background so that there was the same image overlaying the other image. Then we created a colour fill and adjusted it to white, which we then selected and moved in below layer one. We then selected text and adjusted the font to whatever we wanted, we then changed the colour of the text to white this is done by going into the colour swatch. We then typed the place of our interest. To get the effect we dragged the text layer below layer one, this automatically switched the background image and the text.

We then selected text and adjusted the font to whatever we wanted, we then changed the colour of the text to white this is done by going into the colour swatch. We then typed the place of our interest. To get the effect we dragged the text layer below layer one, this automatically switched the background image and the text. Finally we created a shadow behind the text by clicking the fx button and then drop shadow.

I feel like this task went well as it was easy to do, even for beginners as I have little experience in Photoshop myself. However I did know how to create new layers but I did not know how to move them around to create a new image.
