How much physical activity do you need every day ?

Try to do at least one hour of Physical

Activity every day.

But more is even better !

It is up to you to decide what kind of activity you want to do:

• Do an activity you like to do; bike riding, skating, running, walking, snowboarding, playing in the snow.

• Walk, bike, rollerblade or skateboard to school, to the park or to a friend’s house.

• Play a sport such as basketball, hockey, soccer, martial arts, swimming, tennis, golf, skiing or snowboarding.
