In the next year, Methodist Hospital will embark on a major expansion and renovation project for its Emergency Department—the

first structural remodel since 1995.

The renovation will mean more space, less waiting and easier access for our patients and

their families. The project will double the number of patient rooms, increase privacy,

add a fast track triage area and bring a specialized space for victims of

sexual assault, domestic violence and sex trafficking.

More people are turning to Methodist Hospital for their emergency care than ever before. With 20 percent growth in just five years, the need to expand and renovate

is vital. With your support, Methodist can meet the growing need and strengthen its services, ensuring
