Wholesale orders can be placed by email: sales@pilgrimwaters.com or by calling: (800) 400-0962. The minimum order is $350. If you would like a wholesale price catalog please contact us. Orders must be pre-paid by credit card, business check, or PayPal. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover card. All payments will be processed before shipment.

International shipments are due in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE US

Please allow 1 to 3 weeks for delivery. Turn around time may vary depending on availability and volume. Expected delivery will be discussed at the time the order is placed. A shipping confir-mation will be sent via email. Qll parcels will be shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise re-quested. Shipping costs are in addition to the item cost. For time sensitive orders, expedidated shipping is available at additional cost. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipping costs will be calculated based on weight and the requested method to transport. Taxes and custom fees may apply at the time of delivery. PilgrimWaters is not respon-sible for these charges or any carrier delays.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES

Requests for returns and exchanges must be submitted by phone, or email within one week of delivery. iPhone cases and posters are non-refundable and non-returnable. All other merchan-dise must be returned unopened and unused in it’s original packaging. A refund will be issues once we have received the merchandise. Shipping costs are not refunded.

ABOUT US

Welcome to the PilgrimWaters catalogue!

We are an elegant, edgy, sophisticated, playful, unique product brand. We are passionate about functional art and design.

PilgrimWaters is based in Boston Massachusetts. Susy Pilgrim Waters is well known illustrator and designer (wee cowgirl) and now with husband Keith Waters (pogo-stick wrangler) we are expanding surface designs to a new range of products.

Susy Pilgrim met Keith Waters at art school in London and moved to the US in the early 90’s where Susy began illustrating and has been at it ever since. Over the years we have made groovy lamps, hand sewn hats (boston beanies), built panels for numerous paintings, screened printed fab clothes/dresses, leather bags and constructed bread proofing trays (you’ll have to look that one up). PilgrimWaters is now online.

With a passion for everyday functional objects - that are aesthetically eye catching, sophisticated and thoughtful - we are constantly in process with new ideas to delight the eye. New products are just-around-the-corner all the time, so sign-up for our newsletter!
