There are a variety of proposed presentations, some of which are use cases in preclinical research for the T-Bio multi-omics analysis and integration platform. We would like to make this meeting as interesting and useful as possible for you. We therefore would like to request that you are prepared share with us specific -omics data challenges you face in your current projects or programmes so that we can adapt the selected presentations to address those. If you are interested, please share any example(s) where you have been implementing a multi-omics approach or plan to do so in the near future. If you are willing to present your example(s) then the title your talk can be appended to the available presentation agenda. If you would like to present, please let us have the title of your talk ASAP. We suggest that you aim for a maximum of 30-minute presentation with 5-10 minutes of questions and discussion. analysis and integration platform.

We would like to make this meeting as interesting and useful as possible for you. We

therefore would like to request that you are prepared share with us specific -omics data

challenges you face in your current projects or programmes so that we can adapt the

selected presentations to address those.  If you are interested, please share any

example(s) where you have been implementing a multi-omics approach or plan to do so

in the near future.  If you are willing to present your example(s) then the title your talk

can be appended to the available presentation agenda.  If you would like to present,

N.B. IIt would be helpful, if you familiarize yourself with the T-Bio platform prior to the

meeting. Therefore, basing on your interest, we would schedule a weekly demo or

alternately arrange a demo at a more convenient slot.

Pine Biotech will be highlighting a number of case studies focused on omics integration projects that will demonstrate the complications and solutions that can be implemented using the T-Bio Platform. We will be focusing on multi-omics projects that will result in biologically meaningful results. This will include immune related studies, challenges with artifacts and signals in a complex cancer study, whole genome association studies and other multi-omics projects by using supervised and unsupervised analysis on the T-Bio Platform.
