Pinehurst Lake is a 193 hectare (477 acre) park with a nine hectare (23 acre) spring-fed kettle lake that was formed during the last ice age. The lake provides great swimming, �shing, ice �shing and canoeing. Camp at over 230 serviced or unserviced, radio-free campsites.
The park also features nine km of hiking trails, some winding through spectacular examples of Carolinian forest. In winter, the trails are popular for snowshoeing.

Camping
Pinehurst Lake Conservation Area
has over 230 campsites including
serviced sites with hydro and water.
All camping areas are radio-free. Up
to six people are permitted per
campsite. Check-in is after 2 p.m. and
check-out is before noon.
Hiking
Enjoy over nine kilometres of marked
nature trails that wind through
Carolinian forests, rolling hills and
pine plantations. Various lookouts
provide picturesque vistas. In the
winter, snowshoeing the trails is a
popular activity.
Swimming
The safe and clean swimming area is located on a
nine hectare (23 acre) spring-fed kettle lake. There
are no lifeguards, so parents and guardians must
keep a close watch on children at all times. A
lifejacket loaner program is available. Inquire at
the gatehouse.
Canoeing / Boating
Paddle boats and canoes can be rented from the
concession stand. Rental and concession hours
vary based on the season. Boat rentals are available
on weekends from Victoria Day weekend in May
through June, and daily from July to Labour Day
weekend. A boat launch is located close to the park
entrance. Motorized boats are not permitted.The park is beautiful in winter.
Join us for ice fishing and snowshoeing.
Alcohol/CannabisAlcohol is permitted only on registered campsites. Cannabis is permitted on campsites and in open spaces. Smoking of cannabis is not permitted near playgrounds or in the beach area. A total alcohol and cannabis ban is in e�ect on the Victoria Day and Labour Day weekends (Thursday at noon to Tuesday at noon).

WeatherBe aware of your surroundings and monitor the latest conditions for active weather. Seek appropriate shelter during severe weather during the day or night.
Quiet Hours11 p.m .to 7 a.m. No excessive noise at any time.
PetsPets must be kept on a leash at all times and cannot be left unattended. No pets on the beach or in the swimming area.
We welcome group events such as family reunions, corporate picnics and weddings at three pavilions.
