Outdoor spacePinetrees has a large garden and outdoor seating area, which is often used as a social space by the individuals with autism who live here.

Indoor spaceThe property has four bedrooms

equipped with wash basins, and two bathrooms. There are a range of communal areas including two lounges and a dining kitchen area.

EnvironmentAlthough we place great emphasis on flexibility at Pinetrees, we focus on person-centred care plans, ensuring that the individual needs of each person are being met. These care plans are formally reviewed on a regular basis through the use of day-to-day consultations and weekly meetings, where service users can discuss all aspects of everyday life at Pinetrees.

Staff teamAt Pinetrees, we have a qualified staff

team who are dedicated to providing the best care possible for adults with autism. Some members of staff have more than seven years of experience, while others are newly qualified and are receiving on-going support and encouragement from the whole team.

All staff have undergone a supervised induction period, regular supervision from senior members of staff and a thorough introduction to the service’s policies and procedures. The members of staff at Pinetrees work hard to ensure that service users have as much control over their own lives as possible and that they are getting the most out of their experience at Pinetrees.
