Each year, the DeKalb Association of REALTORS® recognizes REALTOR® professionals who have reached exceptional levels in various categories.

It’s time to bask in the glory you so richly deserve and receive recognition for your hard work, outstanding efforts, and dedication.

The Mary Nelson REALTOR® Spirit Award recipient is selected by the awards committee based on the recipients’ outstanding spirit and attitude toward the activities of the Association and Community.

The Clark Harrison Community Service Award is based on outstanding community service, cultural and charitable involvement and professional accomplishments. This award is limited to REALTOR® members of The DeKalb Association of REALTORS®.

Rookie of the Year is given to the REALTOR® that has been in real estate sales for no more than two years and upholds and exemplifies the REALTOR® code of cooperation, integrity and good will and has pursued an assertiveness toward listing and selling.

REALTOR® of The Year is the highest honor that our Association can bestow upon one of our members. This illustrious award is given annually to one REALTOR® who demonstrates commitment, leadership, and great strength to the REALTOR® Association.
