Your investment in Th e Private Destination Club constitutes a corresponding annual allocation of ‘Access Credits’. Th is fl exible system gives you the freedom of choice to design your dream holiday around your family’s needs. Th e number of ‘Access Credits’ required will depend on the season, apartment size and the location and grading of the destination you choose.

Th e Access Credit table (page 2-3) is categorised into diff erent seasons based on the time of year and popularity of the period. Seasons will vary between regions. Th ere are 7 seasons in total, defi ned as follows:

Peak (P) - Peak weeks indicate that there is a maximum demand for accommodation during this period e.g. Christmas and New Year. High In (HI) - High In season indicates a high demand for accommodation during this period. Th ese are in season periods usually immediately

preceding or following a peak periodMedium In (MI) - Th is grouping covers medium demand holidays. Low In (LI) - Th ese are the least popular school holiday weeks. High Out (HO) - Th ese are still out of season weeks, but where there is a public holiday, a long weekend or a particularly high demand period falling in

that particular week.Medium Out (MO) - Th ese are all other out of season periods, excluding the weeks with public holidays or long weekends. Low Out (LO) - Th ese are the least popular times for holiday.

Each destination has a specifi c Calendar assigned to it. Th ere are currently 10 calendars (A-J) to accurately refl ect destination demand from region to region. Th e Access Credit Table details the ‘calendar type’ (A-J) for each resort. Use the corresponding Calendar on the back page to determine the season your desired vacation dates fall within.

Th e Access Credits overleaf refl ect the cost for a full week booking. Split week bookings are also available from selected destinations at the following ratio. Weekends (3 nights) charged at 70% of full week credits usually running from the Friday – Monday. Midweek (4 nights) are charged at 30% of full week’s credits and usually run from Monday to Friday. exchanges into the associated destinations locally and an extremely competitive exchange fee of R2999 per full week for all international

DEBONAIR CLUB MEMBERSIn addition to all the world-class destinations

listed in the Pioneer Collection, Debonair members (own between 61 and 120 Access
