Check-In/Out Time: Check-in time is 1:00 pm and Check-out time is 11:00 am. If you plan to stay longer than 11:00 am, you need to contact the Resort office.
Motorized Vehicles: All drivers must possess a valid driver’s license. At night all vehicles must display lights. SPEED LIMIT IS 10 mph for all vehicles; this includes but is not limited to golf carts, motorized bikes, scooters, autos and bicycles.
Walking at Night: Please wear light-colored clothes when walking, and carry lights so that we can see you. Walk with traffic, not against it.
Pets: No aggressive animals allowed. All pets must be kept on a leash at all times. Pets cannot be left tied outside alone. Please be courteous to other residents and pick up after your pet. No dog fences/playpens allowed. Cats may not run loose. 2 Pets Maximum per site.
Garbage: All garbage must be tied in bags, boxes broken down and placed in the Dumpsters located at the northeast corner of the RV section. Recycling bins are available.
Quiet Hours: 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. NO generators after 11:00 pm.
Phone/Cable/Wi-Fi: Call Century Link at 877-862-9343. Also, you can call Comcast at 800-934-6489. Not available for daily or weekly.
Wi-Fi: Fastwave can be reached at 856-441-3680.
Pool Hours: Open 7:00 am to Dusk. All pool furniture is first come, first served. No reserving.
Storage: Other than tow dollies, all other trailers/equipment must be put in storage; no storage on site. Storage available for an additional charge. Violators will be towed at owner’s expense.
Rates: All rates are based on two (2)-person occupancy. All rates are subject to change without notice at any time.
Move In/Move Out: Please contact Resort office for details.
Smoking/Vaping: Smoking is NOT permitted in any public building, including restrooms and pool/spa.
Changing Sites: You must have approval from the office before changing sites. Failure to gain approval may result in a $50.00 fee being assessed to your account.
