Past medicalhistory, including annual medical examination, blood profilereport, in-patient record, out-patient record, existing medicalcondition, prescription of drug and medication is vital for thetreating doctor to diagnose the illness accurately and toadminister the correct medication for the patient to avoid anyadverse drug reaction and save lives.

2) A member who has existing medical condition and onmedication can retrieve their record instantly through the IHMwebsite. This is useful for those who are travelling locally oroverseas as they can obtain the same medication from thepharmacy or the treating doctor.
