Navjeevan Institute of Management (NIM), a premier business school established in 1994, is affiliated to University of
Pune, Recognized under AICTE, accredited by NAAC. We are an active member of CII, Western region and MACCIA.
Our aim is not only to impart quality education in the field of management but also to develop the critical thinking
skills of the students. At Navjeevan, speakers from the industry are invited to guide the students and equip them with
practical aspects of business management, technological changes in the industry, enhance their decision-making
abilities and help them to understand creative business designs.
Mission Statement: “To Create the managers with three qualities, Love… Knowledge…&… Wisdom. If they use these
three qualities they will understand how to keep in order their personal conduct & character, which follows the
capacity to govern men and they understand how to govern men.."
Our faculty members are dedicated to providing the best training through discussions, case studies and presentations. At Navjeevan, research is greatly valued and encouraged. Our faculty members regularly present papers in National & International conferences. Many of them are Doctoral candidates. The institute offers Management Development Programs (MDP) to executives.
Navjeevan at a glance: Campus to Corporate (C2C): Our students have bagged top ranks in this competition. The Six Sigma (Green Belt) certificate program is arranged annually for the students as part of
Student Development Initiatives. Other activities include guest lectures, one-day workshops, theme-based seminars, on-the-job training, and industrial visits to various industries across India.
3 times winner of Avishkar, competition held by Government of Maharashtra for MBA students, a program to promote innovation.
We have a strong alumni network; our alumni visit regularly to guide the students and also assist in placements.
The language lab and e-library facilities have been greatly appreciated by students and visitors alike.
We have a track record of providing excellent placements to our students. Around 50 companies visit the campus every year.
Wi-fi enabled campus helps the students to expand their knowledge on the go. Our students enthusiastically participate in extra-curricular and co-curricular activities.
