    MODUS OPERANDI - PHASE 1 & PHASE

    2

    Phase one of our approach consists of :-

    1. Pre program study: To understand the companys training requirement throughsecondary research and interacting with its key people.

    2. Issue identification:Interaction of the relevant division head and HR Personnel withour trainer and client servicing team and dwell upon the identified areas of improvement.

    3. Issue prioritization:Picking up or prioritizing the improvement area(s) from theidentified scope for perfection.

    Phase two of our approach consists of :-

    1. Program Design and Development:A job done at our end after signing the

    contract, wherein, in consultation with the trainer we develop the requisite trainingmodule.

    2. Program Execution:Conducting the training program at a pre-decided venue.

    MODUS OPERANDI - PHASE 3 & PHASE 4

    Phase three of our approach consists of :-

    Feedback and Evaluation: Feedback of the participants and evaluating them atevery stage during the scheduled program in order to understand their progress andzeal that would help the trainer to further customize the program.

    Phase four of our approach consists of :-

    Re-orientation (if required): This phase comprises of re-emphasis of the program for anenhanced effect and stability by taking another session at a later date with the participants.
