Planters’ Haven is an attempt to recreate the orchard

or dusun landscape from yesteryears. It was considered

a pioneering concept for a premium, spacious, gated

community. The unique concept features eight bangalow

designs, all timeless, all classic. The development

embodies spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding

hills and provides a secure and guarded community

amidst the lush greenery of nature.

T he bountiful orchardSet amidst 270 acres of lush greenery, each landmark

bungalow sits on a minimum one-acre orchard land. Each

bungalow is surrounded by a tropical paradise of durian,

rambutan, mangosteen and cempedak trees. Many other

type of flowering and tropical trees that provide canopy and

shade from the sun complete the orchard. This is the dusun

of your childhood, recreated with the fond memories most

Malaysians now yearn for in their dream homestead.

Here I found my place in the scheme of life.

The Clubhouse and other amenities

The hub of the community is the splendid Clubhouse. Comprising

the main Clubhouse, a multipurpose hall, gymnasium, infinity

Being a 270 acre premier residential community surrounded by orchard

land, security has to be well planned and thought out. Planters’ Haven

is the first gated community to use the world renown Gallager security

management system in Malaysia. This complete system includes a Power

Fencing system with Touch Card, security link to the main Guardhouse

and 24 hours on-ground security patrol. The guards on site are trained

and armed to respond to any security situation. This proven security

management system is employed in premium gated communities all

over the world and also by the Police Headquarters in Bukit Aman.

Airport (KLIA) in Sepang and 18km to the south of the new

Putrajaya federal government administrative centre. Access

from the KL-Seremban highway is via the Nilai Interchange,

which is 45 minutes from the city adjacent to the North-

South Highway. From whichever direction you are coming

from, Planters’ Haven is well served and easily accessed.
