e-commerce academyMore than 16 million Moroccans are now using the purchase online. The e-commerce still posted this year a growth of more than 72%, which makes this channel greatly coveted. New e-commerce sites are created every day, mass distribution reinvested, banks and insurers are increasing initiatives to promote the on-line subscription and brands also open new shops to sell their products directly.

Animated by real experts, the E-Commerce Academy trainings are based on a unique project experience, associated with a high level of expertise and pedagogy. In tune with the projects reality, our trainings insure a real return on investment with an important gain of time that may be measured in weeks.

The training will be richly documented and illustrated by numerous case studies. In addition, each participant will have to build throughout the training a business model and a business plan for an e-commerce activity in the area of his choice (new concept 100% online, multi-channel distribution ...)

At the end of the training, after the learning assessment and the summary report (business plan), the FNEM will present

the e-commerce certificate to participants who have completed the cycle.

Who Is thIs traInIng For ? This training is intended for people who need to manage and develop an e-commerce site or transactional applications of a website. This training is for people who do not speak precisely the specific techniques and tools of marketing and Internet commerce. However, it

requires a minimum knowledge of the principles of distribution

and marketing and a minimum culture of the Internet.

e-stItm@r programIn the framework of its Action Plan of 2012, the National Federation of E-Commerce (FNEM) in Morocco launched the e-Stitm @ r program in order to enable young entrepreneurs to create their low-budget E-business. Through this program, the FNEM opens the doors of entrepreneurship to the young Moroccan talents. The FNEM, by means of its internal teams as well as its volunteer consultants from several areas: legal, financial, communication, computer science etc. ... all will be mobilized to guide, create and develop the projects with the future young managers.

the cyBer-traders’ guIdeThe National Federation of E-Commerce in Morocco has implemented recommendations for the e-traders, which are grouped into 17 phases. These recommendations will help them disco-ver all the right questions they will have to res-pond to launch their shops on the Internet. The advices found in this guide will enable them to assess their potentials and study a financial plan. Hence, to create a business, the E-trader will have to previously adapt an e-commerce ap-plication.To develop customer loyalty and improve its activity becomes more than necessary. This ex-plains the obligation to recognize and respect the charters governed by the National Federa-tion of E-Commerce in Morocco.

the e-consumers ‘guIde

The National Federation of E-Commerce in Morocco, aims at defending the E-Commerce actors in Morocco by establishing a guide for the E-consumers. The latter will guide in case of litigation, while indicating the institutions to which they can contact, particularly the procedures to follow. We can, then, say that thanks to this guide, the world of e-commerce will no longer be a secret for consumers and but will help them to avoid potential troubles.

The FNEM has implemented a plat-form of litigation, commonly referred to as E-Litigations, to manage

the problem that exists between the e-trader and the

consumers. This platform is led by the mediation service which

guarantees and manages the problems related to internet and that occurs between the two parties. This mediation

service has an ethics charter, which guarantees the

respect of its principles. This enables the different parties in litigations to reach an amicable agreement. The mediator and his team will respect a strict obligation of confidentiality in the frame of the issues they will have deal with. Will be confidential, the name of the parties and the circumstances related to each case. Will also be confidential, the exchanges that will occur in the course of the mediation process and the found agreements. the e-commerce meetIngsTrade is the life of our neighborhoods. However, in recent years, it is subject to intense changes, as a result of changing consumption patterns and the advent of ICT, as well as of competition of new Trade points and a binding regulatory environment.

To promote the development of the e-commerce in Morocco in this fast-changing environment, the FNEM decided to organize the 1st Meetings of e-commerce in Morocco. This day will be an opportunity for e-traders, their representatives and all local economic actors to speak and discuss the conditions and terms of the development of trade and outreach activities in the capital.
