After more than fifteen years we’ve worked out

a few things about what the majority of golfers

want. For instance we know that many are very

busy with their lives and they need a flexible

instruction program that zeroes in on the most

pressing problems and solves them as quickly

and painlessly as possible. We also know that

many of the golfers that attend our golf school

programs are confused about their game and

need the clarity about what’s important to focus

are experts in instructing golfers how to

practice properly. Part of your program at

our golf school is learning how to spend less

time practicing incorrectly and replacing it

with methods that get far more out of your

practice sessions. There are so many people

today with so little spare time, so it just

makes good sense to learn practice

methods that develop your skills faster

leading to more effective results.



We use numerous golf training aids

and techniques to fast track your

golf skill development.

There’s an old saying in golf teaching that

“you can’t talk a lesson.” At our golf school

we strictly follow this wisdom; we don’t

believe you can learn golf effectively by

simply receiving your instruction verbally.

You will develop your golf skills by receiving

your information verbally, visually and

through your kinaesthetic awareness. We

construct all our learning programs taking

this into consideration so you can be sure

that you will really develop your skills using

our different training tools such as high

speed video/computer graphics, and a wide

and varied assortment of training aids and

drills designed to help you to learn particular

aspects of your golf swing techniques easily

and effortlessly.



We have programs for men,

women and junior golfers of all

ages and levels of ability.

One of the misconceptions we come across

often is that our golf school is just for “good

golfers,” nothing could be further from the

truth. Gold Coast Golf School caters for every

golfer and over the years we have worked with

every possible standard of golfer from

absolute beginners to tour level golfers. The

Golf and how to play golf has always interested me. This fascination was confirmed when I

had my first lesson this year at KDE Driving Range, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. After the 5

hours lesson at KDE driving range I continued to practice and I felt like I needed more

lessons. In September this year I went home to Brisbane and I decided to get more lessons.

I went to Gold Coast Golf School. The lessons were more comprehensive and well

structured than what I had in Malaysia. I had a better understanding of what golf is all

about which was very good for me as it helps me play better golf. The lessons are delivered

professionally and clearly. My teacher was professional, patient and flexible. I will always

remember my first 3 holes experience on the golf course. The school has a fantastic,

beautiful green grass course and the weather was just perfect. It was fun and I had a great

Hi Lawrie,

I hope you are well. I just thought I’d quickly

update you with the results of my Coolum

tour over the last 4 days. 16 of us played 3

stableford rounds at Coolum and 1 at Twin

Waters. I was the lowest Hcp off 10 My

results in order at Coolum were 27, 38 & 37.

Twin Waters was 36. I came in 2nd

overall.

My wedge play, pitching and chipping were

much improved and together with better

club selection and course management I

think that was the difference in my game. I

submitted all cards to Golflink and I have

now achieved my goal of reaching single

figures – 9.3

I had a need to regenerate my interest in golf, and

decided to start by improving my game. I enrolled in the

five day school because I thought it would give me the

best opportunity to totally concentrate and focus on my

game. I was not disappointed.

The 5 days of personal tuition from Lawrie were just

great. It was not just a general approach to golf and

how to play better. It was all focused about my game,

my problems, and ways to improve my game.

All aspects of my game were discussed and explained

down to the psychological approach and attitudes I

needed to adopt to improve my score. The detailed

physical side of the game was outlined so I understood

what I have to do to execute the theory.

The 5 days allowed for concentration on everything

from my grip, stance, and swing, through to the

direction, and distance of each shot. And over the time

it gave me an understanding of the simple ways to

address my specific needs to improve. I would think this

school would be of benefit to all golfers, from beginners

to professionals.

I had a terrific week and look forward to seeing the

results over the ensuing months. I can unreservedly
