Setting The Metronome
• Set the metronome in beats per minute (BPM)
• In the Playback Menu (headphones icon)
• Tap on the metronome live bar button for the first time
• Tap and hold the metronome live bar button
• Using the Tempo: metatag in the song editor
Up and Down Beats
• OnSong will start with an down beat at the beginning
• Requires a time signature to continue the down beat
• Time signature can be set via:
• The playback menu toggle buttons
• The Time: metatag in the song editor
Audio/Visual Metronome
• OnSong will blink the menubar in time with the metronome
• OnSong will play an up/down beat sound
• These can be adjusted in Settings › Metronome
• Turn off sound by setting to None
• Turn off visualization by setting to None

Linking To Backing Tracks
• Sync music from your iTunes library onto your device
• OnSong automatically finds music by title (exact match)
• Swipe left to right to view matches in the Playback Menu
• Swipe to the far right to manually link a backing track
• Browse your music on the device and choose
• OnSong remembers your selection for later

AutoscrollingHands-free operation
Setting Autoscroll• Scrolls the page from top to bottom for the song duration
• Song duration can be set via:
• Linking a backing track in the Playback menu
• The duration slider in the Playback Menu
• Manually by typing the time in the Playback Menu
• Using the Duration: metatag in the song editor
• Tapping and optionally holding the Live Bar button
Triggering Autoscroll
• Toggle autoscroll on/off from the live bar button
• Stops at the end of the page
• Stops if the page is turned or another song is selected
• Can trigger audio or metronome in Settings › Live Bar Options
• Can be triggered via a configured foot pedal
