Sa Sabado sa Sam’s SYNOPSIS

This play is only an excerpt of Chris Martinez’s original play.

The year is in the 90’s, five friends are

appaled upon knowing that their favorite diner–

Sam’s 50’s Diner– all of a sudden prohibits

smoking inside their premises. The five friends,

Lloyd, Pating, Peaches, Harlene and Mario, start

debating where else to hang-out to take a

smoke.

pagrereserve ng pwede pagrehearsan! Grabe ubusan! For a

person who hates commuting at night, I keep wishing we

never end our rehearsals because it feels like we’re just playing

around! All the stress I feel because of reservations dissolve

when we start our rehearsals. I’m so thankful to be in this

group (and sorry for not getting better venues! ). I learned
