It gives me great pleasure to welcome you back to Repsol Sport Centre.

You will notice many changes upon your return. Our teams have been hard at work making improvements to the facility, our policies, and our procedures to ensure we will continue to offer the world-class experience our facility is known for, while navigating the complexities of our ‘new normal’.

We continue to make decisions based on guidance from Alberta Health Services, the City of Calgary, industry partners and our organization Mission, Vision and Values. Above all, safety continues to be our number one priority.

As such, when you arrive at the Centre you will notice new cleaning protocols, social distancing requirements, equipment zoning, and plexi-glass shielding as examples of some measures that have been implemented to help ensure the safety of our employees and customers.

While we are adopting many new practices to ensure cleaning and safety Members also play a very importantrole in maintaining this new standard. These rules will be strictly enforced and non compliance may result in atemporary or long term ban. If you witness anyone not in compliance, please reach out to a RSC employee.

Self-monitor for COVID-19 symptoms and refrain from visiting the facility if displaying symptoms.

Do not use or move equipment that is marked unusable.

Do not share equipment.

First booking NO SHOW is a warning. All further no shows will result in a $10 No Show Fee that must be paid prior to reentering the facility.

Use hand sanitizing stations available.

Lockers and showers are available, but please use sparingly to social distance - Do not leave belongings behind.

Follow facility egress routes and adhere to activity space maximum capacities and physical distancing guidelines (6 ft apart).

Members must scan in and out. Bring and wear your own gloves and face masks upon your discretion - PPE items available

if physical distancing is not possible.

Members are required to wipe down their equipment BEFORE and AFTER each use. For your convenience stations will be strategically placed throughout the facility.

OVERVIEWThe health and safety of our Members and employees are our number one priority as we prepare to reopen the facility. We are excited to present a hybrid model for space and activity bookings. This means 70% of spaces are bookable in 1 hour time slots for Group Fitness classes, lane swimming as well as badminton and basketball courts. The remaining 30% of spaces are available on first come first served basis with capacity limitation for the Upper and Lower Fitness Centre, Upper Training Deck, Gym 3 for overflow cardio and stretching and Track 1.

MEMBER FAQ’SMemberships and AdmissionsQ: When will you start charging for my Annual Monthly Membership again? A: Great news, July is FREE! Your first payment will be August 1st.

Q: What about my Annual Full Pay Membership?A: You will receive an extension for the length of the closure at the end of your Membership.

Q: What if my Membership expired during the closure?A: All expired Memberships will be extended the length of time missed since March 16th.

Q: If I am still not comfortable returning, how do I cancel my Membership? A: Cancellations can only be processed via email. In person cancellations are not permitted at this time.Please email [email protected] with one of the following statements: I (first and last name as well as membership bar code), provide Repsol Sport Centre consent to cancel my membership and refund any credits to the credit card number provided on my Repsol Sport Centre membership contract.ORIf you would like your refund processed in the form of a cheque please include the following response.I (first and last name as well as membership bar code), provide Repsol Sport Centre consent to cancel my membership and refund any credits in the form of a cheque to (confirmed address and postal code)

Q: If I cancel, will I get a refund?A: Yes, Annual Monthly Memberships will receive a refund from March 16th to March 31st. Annual Full Pay Memberships will receive a refund back dated to March 16th.

Q: How can I update my payment info?A: Please email [email protected].

Q: How can I change my membership type?A: Please email [email protected].

Q: Can I put my Membership on hold until I am ready to come back? A: We do not have the ability to put Memberships on hold. You can however, cancel your Membership. See question above regarding cancellations. Please note, if you return within 6 months you will not be charged the $25 Facility Investment Fee.

Q: How will this affect my 10 Pass card? A: Upgrade to an Annual Membership and the remaining value of your 10 Pass Card will be put towards your new Membership allowing you to use the facility right away. If you choose not to upgrade the expiry date of your Card will automatically be extended the length of our closure.

Q: How will this affect my 30 Day Card? Upgrade to an Annual Membership and the whole value of your 30 Day Card will be put towards your new Membership allowing you to use the facility right away. If you had an active 30 Day Card when we closed on

March 15, your 30 Day Card will automatically be extended for the length of time missed.

Q. Are Drop-in and Late Rate admissions available? A: These will not be available immediately upon reopening, however will look to bring back at a later date.

Q: When will I be able to use my VIP passes?A: These will be accepted starting July 13 along with Limited Memberships.

Q: When will I be able to use my Member Guest Passes and/or Courtesy Passes?A: These will be accepted starting August 1st..

Q: Will the 60 Days of Summer Pass be on sale this year? A: No, we will not have the Summer Fitness pass on sale in 2020.

Q: What if I am a carded athlete?A: Swipe in at the Customer Service Desk.

Q: Who can access the 3433 Sport Performance Centre Studio?A: Annual Members with an active 3433SPC program registration.

Q: Will the Child Care Centre be open?A: It is now open for bookings. See Child Care page for more details.

Q: Will you be accepting cash?A: Credit and debit is strongly encouraged, however we will be accepting cash.

Facility Q: Are the Public Locker Rooms and the Family/Caregiver Change Rooms available for use? A: Yes, however Members are strongly encouraged to come dressed in their workout or swim attire whenever possible. › Day use lockers are available, customers who must bring their own locks. Locker capacity is limited

to promote physical distancing. › Coin lockers are available. We encourage customers to use our sanitation wipes available before

and after use.

Q: Are the Executive Locker Rooms available for use? A: Yes, however complimentary amenities will not be available, as according to AHS, no shared items are allowed. Further, as per COVID guidelines, no items are to be left in the locker room outside of your tote or day use locker – with the one and only exception of athletic shoes that can be left on the top of the lockers if they do not fit in your bin. Our Centre must abide by AHS rules, thus there is no tolerance for items such as swim suits or work out clothing being left around the space. Any items left behind will be removed each evening and placed in the lost and found, and no compensation will be provided.

Q: Are the elevators in working order? Yes, all elevators are working however, you must still practice physical distancing.

Q: Are food services available? A: Jugo Juice and Good Earth will both be open.

Q: Will water fountains be available? A: Do not drink directly from the fountains, however filling up your bottle is fine.

DROP-IN FAQ’SMemberships and AdmissionsQ: When will Single Admission customers (Drop-ins, Member Guest and Courtesy Passes) be able to access the facility? A: August 1st! Friendly reminder we will be closed Monday, August 3rd for the civic holiday.

Q: Is there anything that I need to do prior to my first visit?A: Yes, all of our drop-in customers will be required to have an account and in our registration system prior to your first visit. If you do not have an account please complete our new account set up form HERE.Important note: Upon your first visit we will take a picture to add to your account and Photo ID will be required from those 13 years and up for each visit to the facility.

Q: What has changed since my last visit to the facility? A: See our Reopening Playbook to understand how to enter and exit the facility, facility and studio modifications and cleaning and safety protocols.

Q: What are the hours of operation for drop-in customers? A: Drop-in customers will be able to purchase Single Admissions during the times below. Please note valid Member Guest Passes and Courtesy Passes can be redeemed during these hours. M-F- 9:00 am-11:00 am | 1:30 pm-3:00 pm | 7:00 pm-9:00 pmSA-SU -1:30 pm-3:00 pm | 4:00 pm-6:00 pm | 7:00 pm-9:00 pm

Q: Am I able to use my receipt for same day re-entry?A: No, maximum stay for our Members and Drop-in customers is 2 hours.

Q: Are the Late Rate and Workout Wednesday rates available? A: These admission categories have been n removed for the fore-seeable future.

Q: What happens if my Member Guest Pass(es) expired during the closure? A: All Guest Passes will be honored for length of time missed due to the facility closure.

Q: How can I reserve a spot for bookable activity spaces (ie-Pool lanes, badminton and basketball courts)A: At this time, our bookable activity spaces are only available through our Member Portal which only available to our Annual and Limited Members. Upon arrival, please connect with a Customer Service Representative as to available activity space you are interested in. Important note: Drop-in activity space is available on a first come first served basis and not guaranteed.

ENTERING & EXITING THE FACILITY› Dedicated Entrance and Exit Doors at South Entrance - North Entrance closed.› Line up at designated waiting area and adhere to signage.› You will be required to sign a waiver/health check screening document.› Follow signage, floor decals and arrows to gain access to activity level through Customer Service gates.› Members must scan their Member cards at scanning stations for designated activity.

ENTERING & EXITING THE FACILITY

ONLINE BOOKINGSFor your convenience, bookings for the following activities are available through the Member Portal.› Group Fitness classes, Badminton courts, Basketball courts and Lane Swimming.

How to book?For those of you that have used the app or portal booking system previously, nothing has changed, you cansimply log in on the Member Portal as you normally would and book your spot.

If you do not currently have access and are an existing Member here’s how to access the Member Portal:› Go to repsolsportcentre.com.› Click the “Member Portal” icon on the top right corner of the web page.› Click Join now.› Fill in your barcode and postal code (type in all caps with a space after 3 digits: T3K 4C5) then press register.› You will get full access to the Member Portal and be able to book spots after 24 hours of your Membership

purchase (as our system validates your Membership each overnight).

Note: New Members will receive access within 24-48 hours of Membership purchase.

› The Online Member Portal bookings are available ONLY to Annual Members and Limited Members.(10 Card, 12 Days of Fitness Pass, 30 Day Cards).

› Pass types that DO NOT have online booking access are: RSC staff, program registrants, facility tenants andtheir staff, carded athletes, VIP passes, Courtesy passes and Fee Assistance pass holders.

NOTE: We are currently investigating system permissions to include Fee Assistance Pass holders.

Booking guidelines:› For the easiest schedule experience, select BOOK BY TYPE.› Book 7 days in advance (on the hour) so you can plan your workouts for the week. For example: If you want

to book Outdoor Yoga for 6pm Thursday, you can book starting at 6pm the previous Thursday.› First No Show is a warning. All further no shows will result in a $10 No Show Fee that must be paid prior

to reentering the facility.› The Member Portal is fully mobile friendly, and works exceptionally well across all smartphone platforms!

How can I book a group fitness class, court or pool lane if I don’t have a Membership? › If you have a Drop in or valid Courtesy Pass (facility access starting August 1 )› If you have a valid VIP pass (facility access starting July 13)

� You must check in at the Customer Service desk to inquire if any spots are available up to 90minutes prior to the class/booking time. If there are spots available, Customer Service will bookyou into it at that time. Otherwise, you can use our fitness centre, weight and cardio area on a firstcome first served basis based on capacity limits.

TECHNOSPIN STUDIO› Capacity 10› Bookable 7 days in advance on the Member Portal.› First No Show is a warning. All further no shows will result in a $10 No Show Fee that must be paid

prior to reentering the facility.› Entering the studio: Enter through Gym 1 stairs and line up on Upper Training Deck near Track.

POOLSIncludes Training Pool, Competition Pool , Dive Tank and Teach Pool.Hot tub, steam room, and cold tub will remain closed until restrictions are lifted by AHS.

Lane Swim› Capacity 250› Public lane swim capacity = 1 swimmer per lane.› Cohort Sport Group capacity = 5 swimmers per lane.› Swimmers must book their lane on the Member Portal. They are bookable in 1 hour increments up to 7

days in advance. Maximum 1 booking per day.

Lane Swim Guidelines› Swim in the center of lane to ensure 2m distance.› The use of goggles is encouraged to avoid mucus contamination.› Snorkels are prohibited.› 15min buffers are scheduled between each group of lane swimmers to ensure time for proper

sanitization of hand rails and dive blocks.› You are encouraged to bring your own equipment however, the following equipment is available; flutter

boards, pull buoy, life jackets and floatation belts. Request from a lifeguard and place used equipment indesignated blue bins to be cleaned after each use.

› Sport Partner groups will receive their own guidelines - more details to come.

Teach PoolThe Teach pool will be available for booking on the Member Portal. Bookings will be 45 mins in duration.Two booking slots will be available during each time slot throughout the day. Individuals or families of up to5 (from the same household) are welcome to book a time slot. When booking for a family, please only bookthe timeslot from one account, and bring the other family members along with you. All family membersmust hold a current membership, 10-pass or 30-day card to access the facility at this time. Starting August1st, family members may join a booked member by paying the drop-in fee at the Customer Service desk.

for more information.› Each lesson is scheduled for one hour and you choose the time and frequency.

Swim Program COVID-19 Rules & Regulations› Instructors remain out of the water unless doing a demonstration.› No physical manipulation of swimmers is permitted.› Goggles are encouraged to avoid mucus contamination.› Those with children under 9 years old are required to enter the facility with their child and remain in the

course meeting area until the course begins. They must pick up their child directly from the course to ensurethe child is actively supervised at all times.

› Those with children 9 years and older are encouraged to drop their child off at the facility entrance, andshould only enter the facility if they deem that this is necessary.

› All COVID-19 safety rules and regulations will be emailed to participants prior to first lesson.

EMPLOYEE CODE OF CONDUCT

Sign a mandatory declaration prior to first shift worked.

To prepare for our reopening we have invested in new equipment and sanitization products as well asintroduced a number of new cleaning practices and protocols. These safetymeasures have been put intoplace to protect the health of our Members and employees.

› All employees will adhere to daily posted cleaning schedule and checklist.› All employees will be trained in cleaning measures, products, tools and equipment.› Employees will be equipped with spray bottles of EP50 and paper towels have been provided at

workstations, desks & offices.› Hand sanitizer available throughout the facility and will include:

� Pump style hand sanitizer bottles of various brands like Purell, A360 SRP HandSanitizer and Isagel. (all brands have the minimum required 60% alcohol or more)

� Foot press, hand free sanitizer for use at South Entrance for prior to entering the facility.Product used is Vision BioScrub Anti-Bacterial Bottle Hand Sanitizer w/Aloe.

� All wall mounted hand sanitizers currently throughout the facility will now contain aproduct that is 60% or more alcohol based.

› Hands-free paper towel dispensers will be installed in all washroom and locker room areas.› Disinfectant wipes will be available either by a wall mounted or free standing stations throughout all

fitness areas and studios. Brands may include any of the following; Benefect Wipes, Deacon 30, or BZK.› Disinfectant mats placed at access points where outdoor footwear is now permitted including R.E.P.S.

Studio, Strength & Balance Studio and pool deck. Patrons must step onto the stationed mat, equippedwith 1% Peroxide Solution prior to entering these spaces.

› Shared fitness equipment will be sprayed and cleaned with the Deacon 30.› After hours deep clean of shared equipment and spaces with Victory electrostatic sprayer and

Unitab product.› Protective barriers installed at designated locations where Customers and Members meet.› Products and solutions are subject to change due to availability

We have a Rapid Response Plan in place.› To manage symptomatic participants, spectators and staff. A rapid response plan sets out a fast- action plan for operators when an attendee shows symptoms of COVID-19.› Our Plans include:� Immediate isolation of the symptomatic participant from others.� Consideration of suspension or temporary cancellation of the event or facility access.� Cleaning and disinfecting of all equipment and surfaces that may have come into contact

with the symptomatic participant.� Performance of hand hygiene by remaining participants
