FIRE EVACUATION PROCEDURE

• In the event of the Fire Alarm ringing continuously, you must immediately evacuate the building AT WALKING PACE.

• The Committee Administrator will ensure that you are escorted from the building via the most direct available route. The assembly point is outside “Monson House” in Monson Way.

• We all need to act in a responsible manner, ensuring the public, other visitors and colleagues leave the building together.

• REMEMBER – NO ONE IS TO USE THE LIFT.

• Once you have evacuated the building and assembled at your Assembly Point outside “Monson House”, the Committee Administrator will undertake a roll call to ensure everyone is accounted for.

• The Committee Administrator will liaise with the Civic Support Officers on duty to report everyone has left the building.
