The Estate: Near the foot of Mont Ventoux and under the watch of the Dentelles de Montmirail, just to the south of the fabulous ancient city of Orange, sits the Domaine Lou Fréjau. It has been a family business for over five generations. In 2007, they decided to officially to organic farming.

ThThe Vines: The varietal composition is Clairette, Grenache Blanc, Bourboulenc, Roussanne.

The Soil: Clay and limestone covered with pebbles

Vinification: The vinification consists of animmediate pressinimmediate pressing, vinification at low temperature: 17 ° - 18 °. In the cellar, poured in huge oak casks impressive (30-50 HL), the liquid has earned its moment of rest. It will mature, be refined. The wine is bottled at the earliest.

TTasting Notes: Light gold.  Ripe peach and melon on the fragrant nose.  Fleshy and round, with a smooth texture and deep pit fruit flavors.  Shows good energy on the finish, which features a note of bitter pear skin.
