Implementation of the Electronic Payment Portal (EPP) system by Motor Vehicle Clearance Office/ Division
Applicants of motor vehicle clearance have no better or faster option to pay the motor vehicle clearance fees to Land Bank of the Philippines.
Applicants can now pay the motor vehicle clearance fees by using the EPP System.

Strict implementation and monitoring of the policy that application for Motor Vehicle Clearance Certificate (MVCC) of single transaction by a Walk-in applicant should be released within two (2) working hours.

Applicant of MVCC can now wait a shorter time. The applicant can received his/her applied MVCC within two (2) working hours.

Construction of two (2) ventilated steel glass rooms that will be used as waiting rooms to accomodate applicants, liaison officers and other people while waiting for their applied MVCCs

Applicants of Motor Vehicle Clearance Certificates can now wait inside a well ventilated/ airconditioned steel glass rooms furnished with chairs and tables. Citizens Charter billboards are also displayed inside these rooms that is well protected from the heat of the sun, rainfall and smoke pollution.
