\ POARD OF INTERMEDIATE & SECONDARY EDUCATION, PESHA WAR SH No. ( 11/SSC Exam/BISEP Dated: b 30 /?../2021 To Subject: All the Principals of Public/Private Institutions, Where Examination Centers created for SSC/HSSC Annual 2021, Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Peshawar, CONFIGURATION OF CCTV CAMERAS IN THE EXAMINATION CENTERS I am directed to refer to letter No.786-2/Chairman/BISEP dated 16-1 1-2020. In light of the instructions issued by the Honrable Minister Elementary & Secondary Education (E&,SE) Department Govt of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa during his visit to BISE Peshawar, it is to share with you that installation of CCTV Cameras with online connectivity facility with the BISE Peshawar has been made mandatory in exam centers for upcoming SSC/HSSC Annual Examination 2021. In order to achieve this goal, all the Principals of Public/Private Institutions were directed to ensure the installation of IP based online CCTV Cameras. Moreover, BISE Peshawar nominated IT expert team also visited your examination center and checked & configured CCTV cameras for connectivity with the Board. You are therefore, directed not to change or re-configure CCTV camera settings. If found, it will be reported to the Secretary E&SE Department Govt of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for disciplinary action under the rules and regulations. Furthermore, the examination is being conducted in two sessions i.e. morning (9:OOAM to 12:00PM Noon) and evening (2:00 PM to 5:00PM). Therefore, the cameras need to be live and online from 8:00am in the morning till 06:00pm evening from 08- 07-2021 till the termination of examination.
