Fleming Stand, Members' Stand and the Betting Ring. Additional public toilets are located throughout the precinct. Disabled Toilets Disabled toilets are located on each floor of the J.R. Fleming Stand and on the Lower Ground, Ground, Level 1 and Level 2 of the Members' Stand. Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Persons who are or appear to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs upon arrival, or who’s presence at the racecourse could be detrimental to the good conduct of racing, will be refused entry or asked to leave. Patrons observed consuming alcohol on approach to our venue will be denied entry. Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
