A large-size dining and working table r epresents the contemporary approachtowards open living structures. The Dining Desk belongs at the very centrepoint of the house. It unifies the communicative and functional pr operties of the kitchenliving space. And boasts the expertise of two well-r espected brand names: the unmistakeable design language of Poggenpohl and the pr oduction quality of the furniture manufacturer Draenert.


The system of the Dining Desk fulfils the r equirements of function and mobility in a way never before seen. The table is opened up along its longitudinal centreline, either manually or with the aid of a silent motor . Trolleys in stainless steel can be slotted in a t the sides which serveas mobile elements bringing together all ar eas of the kitchen.




The freedom and independence offered by the Dining Desk are amongst the most outstanding qualities of this ingeniously conceived system. Thedesign of the table has been r educed to the fundamental and blends, irr espective of style, into every environment. The individually combined trolleys aremobile and ideal for use in every indoor and outdoor situation.




The Dining Desk presents itself as a sleekdining and working table opening up completely new perspectives. Itsinner section provides a free function area whichcan be used in a varietyof ways to accommodatestainless steel trays andfunctional inserts. Theopen areas on both sidesallow for the precise in-sertion of two trolleys.






The fascinating concept of a kitchen fr eed from standard conventions knows no bounds. The kitchen technology is mobile and able to accompany its user. The stainless steel trolley features a non-stick, high-quality Teppan Yaki grill plate and enables the social preparation of meals at the table.

The chromium-plated thermal containers with inlaid elements ensure safe handling at the table and maintain the r equired temperatureover long periods of time.




The brilliant black fronts are acrylic-coated and all edges are finished in aluminium. The high-gloss surfaces mirr or the image of the room and reflect the light. The uncompromisingly clear aesthetics are further emphasised by the reduced overall composition. Vertically inset spacer rails in aluminiumallow for easy opening of doors without handles.






The special character ofthe Dining Desk system is based on perfection

in detail and the princi-ples of material precision. The trolley with choppingboard boasts brushedstainless steel and solidbeech wood in its con-struction. The table, manu-factured for the most part traditionally by hand,consists of first-class,nano-impregnated marblefrom which no stone panelis the same in appearanceas another.


The convenient sink enables work to be carried out on two levels. Simply by tur ning it, crockery items can be stacked either on the top or bottom level as required. Optimum working conditions are enhanced further by evenly-distributed lighting. The shelving element with translucent lacquer edglass shelves disperses the integrated light both fr om the top and the bottom.




Room-height facing panels serve as the connection between the supporting ar chitecture and internal architecture extending the planning possibilitiesyet further. New internal spaces can be created and perfect layouts achieved. A clear design language, which finds its equivalent in the well-definedmaterial mix of the fur niture. The shelving element composed of aluminium pr ofiles features double-sided, illuminated glass she lves. Its back wall panels are available in all front finishes.




With its acrylic-coated, high-gloss fronts in the colour cubanit, the tall unit block takes on a gold-metallic, animated radiance which changes with each variation in light and surr ounding. In the base unit ar ea are located a service trolley and trolley with ceramic hob surface.






Comparable with the metallic colours used in the automobile industry , the oxide colour tone provides an impression of purity and high-technology. The brilliant acrylic-coating of the fr onts reflects the light and its ef fect changes with each dif ferent standpoint. The mobile trolleys feature lacqueredglass and a removable stainless steel container.


If rooms are no longer defined as monofunctional, then a variety of genr es mergetogether. The veneered Dining Desk is pulled open on the long side either manually or via a motor in or der to create space for mobile function elements.
