● October 21, 2019, the State Board of Education voted on proposals to change the graduation assessment requirements

● 60 days for public comment and another vote in February

● Students in class of 2023-2025 ○ grade 9 ELA and grade 9 math (Algebra I or II or

Geometry)○ grade 11 graduation assessment○ exploration of pilots and alternatives
