PSs are a weekly snapshot of requirements but POs are only sent when a new PO is issued or changed.

Combines the PO and PS requirements on one document.

PSs and POs are separate documents.

Shows receipt and return (RMO) quantities for POs.

Does not show receipt quantities for POs.

Compares current to previous week’s requirements.

No comparison to previous requirements.
