EN The multigas burners of the BNOx range have been created to be used mainly in the Low NOx standard efficiency wall-hung boilers with natural (type B) or forced (type C) draft, obtaining a combustion with great heat input and low emission of CO and NOx, compliant with the strictest international regulations such as RAL UZ 40, DIN 4702 (p.III), PR EN 483 (cl.V). The BNOx burner can be used with gases of the 2nd and 3rd family. The burner is cooled by water, therefore it has to be connected to the water circuit of the heat exchanger. The application and the fitting of the burner can be carried out in our laboratory, taking into account the matching characteristics of each boiler.
FR Les brûleurs multigaz de la série BNOx ont été conçus pour être utilisés principalement dans les chaudières murales standard efficiency Low NOx à tirage naturel (type B) ou forcé (type C) et permettent d’obtenir une combustion à débit thermique élévé tout en garantissant de bas niveaux d’émission de CO et de NOx conformément aux dispositions internationales les plus strictes telles que RAL UZ 40, DIN 4702 (p. III), PR EN 483 (cl.V). Ces brûleurs sont prévus pour un fonctionnement avec gaz de la IIe et IIIe famille. Puisqu’il est refroidi avec l’eau du circuit de la chaudière, le brûleur doit être raccordé en série à l’eau de l’échangeur primaire. L’étude en vue de l’application de ce brûleur et son adaption peut être réalisée dans nos laboratoires en tenant compte des caractéristiques particulières de chaque chaudière.
EN MicroNOx is an atmospheric induction, hyperstoichiometric multigas burner. Its CO and NOx emissions are very low in order to comply with the following international regulations regarding polluting emissions: RAL UZ 40, DIN 4702 (p.III), PR EN 483 (cl.V). It is modulating and its thermal capacity can be reduced to 40% of its rated capacity. It is cooled by water from the boiler circuit, while keeping the burner effectiveness constant. The microNOx burner is considerably smaller than normal low NOx and CO emission burners, yet maintaining a high rated output (1.75 kW/ cm2). It has been designed especially for installation in small wall-hung boilers. The microNOx burner is modular, therefore, as with all POLIDORO burners, it can be adapted to the appliance in which it is to be installed.
FR MicroNOx est un brûleur multigaz, à induction atmosphérique, de type hyper stœchio-métrique, avec une combustion à faible émissions de CO et NOx, conformément aux disposi-tions internationales relatives aux dégagements polluants tells que RAL UZ 40, DIN 4702 (p. III), PR EN 483 (cl.V). Son fonctionnement est modulant et peut réduire la portée thermique jusqu'à 40% de la nominale. Le refroidissement se fait par le circuit d'eau de la chaudière, per-mettant de maintenir constante l'efficacité du brûleur. Bien que très puissant (1,75 kW / cm2), le brûleur microNOx est bien plus petit qu'un brûleur normal à bas niveaux d’émission de CO et de NOx. Il a été conçu spécialement pour être installé dans les chaudières murales de petites dimensions. MicroNOx est un brûleur modulaire, et peut, par conséquent, être adapté à toutes les chaudières dans lesquelles il doit être installé, comme, du reste, tous les brûleurs POLIDORO.
DE Die Multigasbrenner der Typenreihe BNOx sind speziell für die Anwendung in Gas-Wandheizkesseln standard efficiency mit normaler Belüftung (Typ B) oder Zwangsbelüftung (Typ C) und mit niedrigen CO- und NOx-Emissionen entwickelt worden und entsprechen den strengsten internationalen Vorschriften wie RAL UZ 40, DIN 4702 (p.III), PR EN 483 (cl.V). Diese Brenner funktionieren mit Gas der 2. und 3. Gasfamilie. Der wassergekühlte BNOx Brenner benötigt eine Anbindung an den Wasserkreislauf des Primärwärmetauschers. Die Anpassung des Brenners kann, in Anbetracht der besonderen Eigenschaften jedes einzelnen Heizkessels, in unserem Labor durchgeführt werden.
ES Los quemadores Multigás de la serie BNOx han sido realizados para su uso en calderas murales standard efficiency Low NOx de tiro natural (tipo B) o forzado (tipo C), lo que permite obtener una combustión de elevada capacidad térmica con reducida emisión de CO y Nox, respetando además las más rigurosas normas internacionales como RAL UZ 40, DIN 4702 (p.III), PR EN 483 (cl.V). Se ha previsto su funcionamiento con gas de segunda y tercera familia. El quemador es refrigerado mediante agua por lo que se requiere la conexión en serie con el agua del intercambiador primario. La aplicación y la adaptación de este quemador pueden ser realizadas en nuestros laboratorios, teniendo en cuenta las características particulares de cada caldera.
DE Der MicroNOx ist ein atmosphärisch induzierter hyperstöchiometrischen Multigasbrenner mit niedrigen CO- und NOx-Emissionen und entspricht den strengsten internationalen Vorschriften wie RAL UZ 40, DIN 4702 (p.III), PR EN 483 (cl.V). Der Brenner ist modulierbar, daher läßt sich die Wärmeleistung bis auf 40% des Nennwertes reduzieren. Er wird mit dem Wasser des Kesselkreislaufes gekühlt und hält dabei die Brennerleistung konstant. Der MicroNOx Brenner ist sichtbar kleiner als normale Brenner mit niedrigem NOx- und CO-Ausstoß, wobei die Nennleistung trotzdem auf hohem Niveau gehalten wird (1,75 kW/cm2). So wurde er eigens für die Installation in Wandheizkesseln mit geringen Abmessungen entwickelt. Der microNOx Brenner ist modulierbar. Er kann also, wie alle Brenner von POLIDORO, an das Gerät angepaßt werden, in das er installiert werden muss.
ES MicroNOx es un quemador multigás, a inducción atmosférica, de tipo hiperestequiométrico. Ofrece reducidas emisiones de CO y NOx, respetando las normas internacionales sobre las emisiones contaminantes, como: RAL UZ 40, DIN 4702 (p.III), PR EN 483 (cl.V). Es modulante, con posibilidad de reducir el consumo calorífico hasta el 40% del nominal. Asimismo es refrigerado con agua del circuito de la caldera, manteniendo constante la eficacia del quemador. El quemador microNOx a pesar de ser más pequeño que los normales quemadores con bajas emisiones de NOx y CO, mantiene una elevada potencia nominal (1,75 kW/ cm2). Estos quemadores han sido estudiados para su instalación en calderas murales de reducidas dimensiones. MicroNOx es un quemador modular, por lo tanto, al igual que todos los quemadores POLIDORO, puede adaptarse al dispositivo al que se instale.
IT I Bruciatori Multigas della serie BNOx sono stati realizzati per essere impiegati principalmente nelle caldaie murali convenzionali a basso NOx a tiraggio naturale (tipo B) o forzato (tipo C), ottenendo una combustione di elevata portata termica a bassa emissione di CO e NOx in grado di rispettare le più severe norme internazionali quali RAL UZ 40, DIN 4702 (p.III), PR EN 483 (cl.V). Il funzionamento è previsto per i gas della 2a e 3a famiglia. Il bruciatore essendo raffreddato ad acqua, necessita di un collegamento in serie con l’acqua dello scambiatore primario. L’applicazione e l’adattamento del bruciatore stesso può essere fatta nel nostro laboratorio tenendo conto delle particolari caratteristiche di ogni singola caldaia.
IT Il microNOx è un bruciatore multigas, ad induzione atmosferica, di tipo iperstechiometrico. Ha basse emissioni di CO e NOx, nel rispetto delle normative internazionali sulle emissioni inquinanti, quali: RAL UZ 40, DIN 4702 (p.III), PR EN 483 (cl.V). E’ modulante, con possibilità di ridurre la portata termica fino al 40% del nominale. Viene raffreddato con acqua del circuito caldaia, mantenendo costante l’efficacia del bruciatore. Il bruciatore microNOx è notevolmente più piccolo dei normali bruciatori a basse emissioni di NOx e CO, pur mantenendo una elevata potenza nominale (1,75 kW/ cm2). Esso è stato studiato per essere installato nelle caldaie murali di dimensioni ridotte. Il microNOx e’ un bruciatore modulare, pertanto, come tutti i bruciatori POLIDORO, può essere adattato all’apparecchio in cui si intende installarlo.
