Polistuc propone una vasta gamma di prodotti vernicianti per applicazioni su svariati supporti metallici.Ai classici prodotti per l’industria (alchidici, acrilici, poliuretanici) si vanno ad aggiungere nuovi prodotti, concepiti per migliorare la qualità e la durata del pacchetto verniciante e soprattutto per salvaguardare l’ambiente, tema assai caro al gruppo Polistuc.Sono così nati nuovi prodotti ad alto contenuto di solido per restringere le emissioni di solventi nell’atmosfera e prodotti epossidici di ultima

generazione specifici per il settore anticorrosivo in osservanza della normativa internazionale UNI EN ISO 12944.Polistuc è in grado di consigliare il ciclo di verniciatura più adatto, in funzione della tipologia del manufatto, della metodica applicativa e delle esigenze del cliente, proponendosi con prodotti di serie, sempre disponibili, o con prodotti realizzati just-in-time grazie al sistema tintometrico Colour Passion, nei colori richiesti e disponibili nel nostro archivio formulativo.

Polistuc proposes a wide range of metal coatings for different metallic supports.To the classic products for the industry (alkydic, acrylic and PU) new products were added, conceived to improve the quality and the lasting of the painting cycles and, above all, to protect the environment, theme very important to Polistuc group.For this reason new products are born characterised by high solid content, to turn down the emissions of solvents in the atmosphere

and epoxy products of last generation, specific for the anticorrosion sector, with reference to the UNI EN ISO 12944 standard.Polistuc can suggest suitable painting cycles, depending on the typology of the substrate, on the application method and the demands of the costumers, promoting series products always available at stock or made just in time, thanks to the Colour Passion System, in required colours available in our formulation archives.

Sistema Tintometrico Colour Passion tintometrical systemsIl sistema Colour Passion di Polistuc è concepito e strutturato per permettere al cliente finale o ai punti vendita di riprodurre una vastissima gamma di finiture pigmentate di elevata qualità.Grazie a ciascun componente del sistema è possibile riprodurre fedelmente, velocemente, facilmente e con costanza i colori facenti parte delle comuni cartelle, RAL, NCS, Pantone, Sikkens, etc. In questo modo è possibile garantire elevati standard qualitativi dei prodotti vernicianti, proprio come se provenissero direttamente dal reparto produttivo di Polistuc, azienda leader nel mercato delle vernici per legno.Tutte le vernici e le paste pigmentate Polistuc sono formulate e prodotte nei nostri stabilimenti, in Italia, ciò significa che la qualità finale e la costanza delle caratteristiche di una vernice sono analizzate quotidianamente, al fine di fornire all’utilizzatore finale vernici o laccati al campione di elevata qualità. Tale sistema è applicabile con successo a:

- Antiruggine- Primer e fondi- Fondi finitura pigmentati- Smalti monocomponente (nitro, alchidici, clorocaucciù)- Smalti bicomponente (poliuretanici, acrilici, epossidici)

Colour Passion HP - Linea Ferro High PerformanceIl sistema Colour Passion HP permette di formulare, correggere e riprodurre vernici per ferro di varia natura, sia essa alchidica, epossipoliamidica, acrilica o poliuretanica. Il sistema si basa su sedici paste pigmentate, una pasta neutra e ventitre differenti converter trasparenti.

Polistuc Colour Passion tintometrical system is conceived and structured to allow to final users or stores to reproduce a wide range of high quality pigmented topcoats.Thanks to each component of the system, it is possible to reproduce accurately, quickly, easily and consistently colours included in commonly used colourcharts, like RAL, NCS, Pantone, Sikkens, etc. In this way it is possible to ensure high quality performances to the coatings, just if they came directly from production department of Polistuc, leading company in wood coatings market.All Polistuc coatings and pigmented pastes are formulated and produced in our facilities, in Italy, it means that the final quality and consistency of technical characteristics of a paint are daily analysed, in order to provide to the final user clear and pigmented coatings of high quality. This system can be applied successfully to:

- Rust preventers- Primers and sealers- Pigmented self sealers- Monocomponent enamels (nitro, alkyd, clorocaucciù)- Bicomponent enamels (polyurethane, acrylic, epoxy)

Colour Passion HP - High Performances Metal LineColour Passion HP system allows to formulate, correct and reproduce metal coatings of various nature, be them alkydic, epoxypolyamidic, acrylic or polyurethanic. This system is based on sixteen pigmented pastes, a neutral one and twenty-three different clear converters.

I prodotti ottenuti utilizzando tale sistema risultano molto facili da preparare, in quanto si opera su converter in latte predosate e munite di coperchio a cravatta; l’operatore dovrà solamente aprire la latta di converter scelto, aggiungere le paste universali FBU per arrivare al colore richiesto seguendo la formulazione presente nel CD o all’interno del software del tintometro, ed infine agitare accuratamente.È possibile realizzare tutte le tinte RAL ed NCS della cartella colori Colorsystem.Oltre alla rapidità di ottenimento del prodotto scelto, il sistema COLOUR PASSION HP permette la realizzazione di ottimi prodotti vernicianti, adatti a soddisfare le più svariate richieste del settore ferro; sono infatti realizzabili molteplici prodotti per il settore industriale, per la carpenteria pesante, per la carpenteria leggera, per il settore macchie agricole, etc.

Products obtained using this system are very easy to prepare, as it operates on predosed cans and equipped with tie lids; operators have only to open the can of the chosen converter, add the FBU pastes needed to match the required colour following the formulations included in the CD or in the software of the mixing machine, and then shake well.It is possible to reproduce all RAL and NCS colours included in Colorsystem chart.In addition to the quickness of preparing the product, COLOUR PASSION HP system allows to realize exceptional coatings, suited to meet the most different demands of metal sector; effectively, it is possible to prepare products for industry, heavy carpentry, light carpentry, agricultural machinery, etc.
