The Polycom® RealPresence® Capture Server enables anyone in your organization to use these devices to record and stream content from anywhere, at any time. They can turn training classes, team meetings, and desktop recordings into reusable video assets, ready for secure playback on video collaboration systems, tablets and smartphones, or from a web browser.

Integrated and interoperableAs a native part of the Polycom® RealPresence® Platform, this solution provides integration with any standards-based video conferencing system. Browser-based video meetings and presentations can be securely recorded and streamed from Polycom® RealPresence® CloudAXIS® Suite. When integrated with the Polycom® RealPresence® Media Manager, recordings can be fully managed with rules and logic allowing administrators to automatically collect, transform, organize, protect and analyze these video assets. Custom integrations and application development are encouraged and supported with a rich suite of fully documented APIs.

Centralized and scalablePolycom RealPresence Capture Server is a network-based application, available as a hardened appliance or virtual machine, that provides centralized recording of video meetings, including critical content shared during the meeting. Its centralized management tools provide organizations with the control and automation needed to cost-effectively deploy—and scale—their visual communications programs. Through customizable virtual recording rooms, administrators can set rules and logic to pre-set conference layouts and automate recording, making it easy for any employee to either record or playback.

Unmatched performanceThis solution delivers 50% greater recording capacity than competitive video call recorders, recording up to 40 simultaneous video calls at once—in full HD quality. A high-capacity hardware RAID system provides excellent data-protection for 3.4 terabytes of high-performance storage. The integrated web portal and HLS-compatible streaming server provide desktop and mobile users with access to live and on-demand video anywhere, anytime.
