High Speed Mixer-Cooler Mixer with
Control Panel (Lead).
It prepares the compound mixer for producing
lead granuales, used in pencils.
High Speed Mixer with Control Panel
(Casing).
This mixture is used to produce the body / shaft of
the pencil.
Pelletizing Extrusion plant with Control
Panel.
This extruder is used to produce granuales for shaft
/ body / casing.
Extruder for Lead.
This extruder machine makes pencil leads.

Extruder for Casing.
This extruder machine makes pencil
shaft / body / casing.
Extruder for Coating.
This machine is used for coating /
colouring the pencil.
Co-Extrusion Die Head.
This die head is fixed on the casing extruder and attached with another
extruder used for coating / colouring. here the final product comeout.
Cooling Tanks.
These tanks are used for reducing the temperature of the pencil.
Haul-off Catter Puller Unit.
This machine's purpose is to pull the pencil from the co-extruder to the
cooling tanks and further to the cutting units.
Automatic Pencil Cutting Unit (Three Pencil length).
This machine is attached next to the hall-off cutter and cut the pencil sticks in
same sizes.
Collection Tray for Pencils.
After cutting, pencils are collected in the collection tray.
Main Control Heating Cabinet.
This is the master control panel used for controlling the heat energy of
extruders.

Remote Control Cabinet.
This master control panel controlls the speed limit of the extruders.
Tray Ovens (Two Trays & Ten Trays).
These ovens are used to control the humidity of load and casing granules.
AC Monoblock Pump.
This monoblock pump is used to give vaccum in the chilling tank to give a
better shape to the pencil.
Calibrating Tools.
These are the different sizers to produce the pencils in different shapes i.e.
