Safe and hygienic products

¾ Hygienic and easy to maintain due to its inert surface and resistance to many chemical products used in hospitals and other commercial facilities.

¾ Polyrey HPL, Compact and Panoprey products all have extremely low formaldehyde emission levels achieving E1 grade.

¾ Polyrey panels have low VOC emission rates (A).

Polyrey Sanitized® Solid Grade Laminate minimises the risk of spreading and transferring bacteria.

Sustainable development

¾ Since 2009, Polyrey has considered the environmental impact of its products by means of the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA). This is the only measure of global impact on the environment from manufacturing to installation.

¾ We achieved the ISO 14001 Environment Management System certification in 2010 for both of our factories.

¾ Polyrey received accreditation for Chain of Custody in line with the FSC® standards.

¾ Our factories most recent project resulted in the successful completion of the PEFC audit giving us full certification on all of our product range.

Glass effect vanity worktops

The four chosen decors are supplied as prefinished laminated panels available in 3070 x 600 x 18mm. The innovative solid glass effect is achieved by using Rehau duo-colour edgings.

Polyrey high resistance gloss finish (BRIHG) enhances the luminosity and depth of the decors. This surface finish has been especially developed for horizontal applications with increased scratch resistance.

Polyrey High Pressure Laminate (HPL)

Polyrey HPL is exceptionally versatile, offering outstanding durability with superior resistance against impact, abrasion and general surface wear. Its surface is impervious to water and maintains its integrity even in the most heavy duty applications.

Polyrey HPL is readily available in larger sheet sizes specifically tailored to offer the best optimisation and most cost-effective solution for washroom and related applications.

Polyrey Compact Grade Laminate (CGL)

Compact Solid Grade laminate is a self supporting decorative panel with a black core offering the same surface advantages as those of HPL.This product is particularly suited for high humidity environments due to its inherent water resistance.

All Polyrey Compact is Sanitized® as standard at no additional cost. Perfect for sensitive (humidity, heat) and high traffic environments (Schools, hospitals etc.), the Sanitized® additive ensures continuous protection against the development and proliferation of bacteria. Sanitized® guarantees a safe and hygienic surface (99.9% effective).

All 48 decors are available in both HPL and CGL offering you complete flexibility in your choice of product.

Polyrey Melamine Faced Chipboard (Panoprey)

Polyrey Melamine Faced Chipboard is a self supporting, moisture resistant board with two decorative faces offering the most cost-effective solution for non-wet area applications.

The most popular decors are available in Panoprey to complement HPL and CGL availability to further maximise the flexibility in your choice of product.

Our new glass effect worktops effortlessly achieve a sleek finish. The black, red, white and frosted glass colours have been carefully selected to go with all colours schemes.
