After having cut the card,  fold it in half along the dotted line.

Cut the solid line in the center of the beak.

Fold along the dotted lines

the two triangles of the beak  by squeezing with your fingers the folds.

Replace the image inside  the card pushing forward,  

with fingers, the triangles of the beak.

Glue a red card behind the hole.
