Pre-Marriage Orientation

What are the steps needed to get married through the Catholic Church? This is the focus of the first

appointment for marriage preparation. A road map is laid out fro marriage prep in our diocese, so couples can

chart their course with greater confidence and less stress through the process. There have been so many

couples interested in getting started, that a one couple at a time approach for certain initial steps slows things

down for everybody in a busy parish such as our won. We can get many couples through the first step or two

together, and move faster as a group than individually. Who knows, you may find that something another

couples asks clarifies your understanding of your journey as well.

This orientation is also for those couples who have already saved their date in the office. And for those couples

that have not yet met with a Priest or Deacon.

contact you need if need be.

¿ Cuales son los pasos necesarios para casarse por la Iglesia Catolica? Esta es la cuestión principal en la

primera cita de preparación pre-matrimonial. Efectivamente se les prepara y explica un mapa para que sepan

Esta orientación también es para aquellas parejas que ya han reservado su fecha en la oficina parroquial y que

todavía no han hablado con un sacerdote o diacono para su preparación.

Favor de registrarse por teléfono o en persona con la secretaria para que sepamos a quien y a cuantos esperar,

y como contactarlos en el futuro para algunos pasos que siguen.
