La réalisation correcte d'un solPorcelainwood d'IRISCERAMICA dépend denombreux facteurs qui vont bienau-delà des caractéristiquestechniques et esthétiques dumatériau, tels que par exemplele fond, les joints de dilatation,la couche de liant, etc…, c'est-à-dire tous les éléments quiforment le système sol. Labonne exécution des opérationsde pose est par conséquentfondamentale afin de garantirun résultat final parfait.Les techniques utilisées pour laproduction de la collection etles matériaux dont elle secompose, favorisent lareproduction des conformationsnaturelles du bois et permettentde considérer le produit commeun matériau effectivementnaturel. Par ailleurs, cettecaractéristique est amplifiée parles variations de couleurtypiques qui sont une garantiede qualité et que le poseur peutexalter pour obtenir une surfaceunique. Pour mettre en valeurces caractéristiques, nousdonnons quelques conseils depose du matériau IRISCERAMICA :- Poser 3m2 de matériau sur lesol pour voir l'effet d'ensemble.Pour un mélange chromatiqueadéquat, il est conseillé deprélever le matériau de boîtesdifférentes ;- Effectuer la pose enrapprochant les sommets descarreaux, qui ne doivent jamaiscoïncider avec la moitié del'autre (voir dessin page 61).Laisser 1 mm d'écart et utiliserdu mortier joint ton sur ton ;- Battre doucement la surfacedu produit jusqu'à ce que toutesles bulles d'air et les cavitésaient disparu du mortier et quele ciment liquide sorte desjoints;- Attendre 48-72 heures avantde soumettre le sol aupiétinement normal. Jointoyeret effectuer le nettoyage final ;- Si l'on utilise des adhésifs àprise normale, après la poseattendre 24/48 heures avant dejointoyer le sol ; pour lesadhésifs à prise rapide, jointoyeraprès 4 heures ;- S'il s'avère nécessaired'utiliser un produit dejointoiement foncé, il estconseillé de vérifier le produitchoisi sur un carreau en lemouillant préalablement avecde l'eau savonneuse ;- Étaler le produit dejointoiement sur toute la surfacedu sol avec une spatulecaoutchoutée ;- Il est conseillé de jointoyer depetites surfaces à la fois (4 ou5 m2), en enlevant les quantitésen excès avec un nettoyeur ouun chiffon humide ou uneéponge.- Ensuite nettoyersoigneusement et à fond le solposé en utilisant un nettoyeuréquipé de patins feutres, ou àla main avec des nettoyants àbase d'acides, en suivant lesinstructions reportées sur lesemballages. Rincer à grandeeau.- S'il y a des taches difficiles àenlever, utiliser un nettoyeurvapeur.- Après le nettoyage final,protéger le sol qui vient d'êtreposé jusqu'à la fin des travaux.

El correcto solado de un pavimentoPorcelainwood de IRIS CERAMICAdepende de innumerables factores,que van más allá de lascaracterísticas técnicas y estéticasdel material, como por ejemplo loscimiento, las juntas de dilatación, lacapa de material aglomerante, etc.,es decir, todos los elementos queconstituyen el sistema del pavimento.Por este motivo es fundamental quetodas las operaciones de colocacióndel material se lleven a cabo con lamáxima corrección, con el fin degarantizar que al final del trabajo sevaya a lograr un resultado excelente.Las técnicas aplicadas para lafabricación de la colección y losmateriales de los que ésta secompone favorecen la reproducciónde las conformaciones naturales dela madera, de modo que permitenconsiderar el producto como unmaterial efectivamente natural.Dicha característica se ve remarcadapor las típicas variaciones de color,garantía de calidad, que se puederesaltar aún más si el solador escapaz de crear una superficie originaly singular aprovechando al máximotales características. Con este objetoa continuación proporcionamosvarios consejos para la colocacióndel material de IRIS CERAMICA:- Extender 3 m2 de material sobre elpavimento con el fin de observar elefecto estético de conjunto. Parafavorecer la mezcla cromática, serecomienda utilizar materialprocedente de distintas cajas.- Realizar el solado haciendocoincidir los vértices de las baldosas,o sea, evitando que una coincida conla mitad de la otra (ver ilustración dela página 61). Dejar 1 mm de juntade separación utilizando selladoresde colores que combinen bien con latonalidad cromática del material.- Dar unos golpecitos sobre lasuperficie del producto para eliminarbolsas de aire y burbujas en elmortero y para que el cementolíquido rebose por las juntas.- Esperar de 48 a 72 horas antes depermitir el tránsito normal sobre elpavimento. Estucar y efectuar lalimpieza final.- Con el uso de aglutinantes defraguado normal, tras la colocaciónesperar de 24 a 48 horas antes depasar a rellenar las juntas; en casode utilizar aglutinantes de fraguadorápido se podrá actuar al cabo decuatro horas.- Si se va a emplear un estuco decolor oscuro, antes es aconsejableobservar el efecto estético del mismohaciendo una prueba con unabaldosa, mojando previamente elpavimento con agua y jabón.- Extender el estuco sobre toda lasuperficie del pavimento sirviéndosede una llana de goma.- A la hora de rellenar las juntas, serecomienda trabajar por zonasreducidas (4 o 5 m2), quitando elmaterial sobrante con una limpiadorao bien con un trapo húmedo o unaesponja.- A continuación, limpiarcuidadosamente y a fondo elpavimento utilizando una pulidoradotada de discos de fieltro, o bien amano con detergentes quecontengan ácidos, siguiendo lasinstrucciones que figuran en lascajas. Enjuagar abundantementecon agua.- En caso de tener que eliminarmanchas resistentes emplear unapulidora mediante vapor.- Una vez realizada la limpieza final,cubrir el pavimento recién colocadopara protegerlo hasta el final de lasobras.

Die natürlicheBeschaffenheit des Produkts wird zudemdurch die charakteristischen Farbnuancenunterstrichen, die von der Hochwertigkeitdes Materials zeugen und dem Verlegerdie Möglichkeit bieten, seine kreativenFähigkeiten bei der Gestaltung einerwahrhaft einzigartigen Oberfläche unterBeweis zu stellen.Für ein optimales Gelingen nennen wirim Folgenden einige Tipps für dieVerlegung des Materials von IRISCERAMICA:- Breiten Sie eine Fläche von 3m2 mit demMaterial auf dem Boden aus, um diefarbliche Gesamtwirkung abschätzen zukönnen. Um unterschiedlicheFarbnuancen zu erzielen, empfehlen wir,Material aus unterschiedlichen Kartonsmiteinander zu mischen;- Legen Sie bei der Verlegung jeweils dieEcken der Fliesen aneinander und achtenSie darauf, dass Sie die Fliesen niemalsmittig versetzt verlegen (siehe Abbildungauf Seite 61). Arbeiten Sie mit einerFugenbreite von 1 mm und verwenden SieFugenmasse im selben Farbton desMaterials;- Klopfen Sie die Oberfläche des Produktsmit einem Gummihammer ab, um denEinschluss von Luftblasen und Hohlräumeim Mörtel zu verhindern und das Austretendes flüssigen Klebemörtels aus den Fugenzu begünstigen;- Bevor der Bodenbelag für die normaleBegehung freigegeben wird, sollten 48-72 Stunden vergangen sein; anschließendkann er ausgefugt und die Endreinigungdurchgeführt werden;- Wurde Klebermörtel mit normalerAbbindung verwendet, muss nach derVerlegung 24-48 Stunden gewartetwerden, bevor mit der Ausfugungbegonnen werden kann; bei derVerwendung von schnell abbindendemKlebemörtel kann die Arbeit bereits nach4 Stunden fortgesetzt werden;- Sollte die Verwendung einer Fugenmassein dunkler Farbe erforderlich sein,empfehlen wir, die ausgewählteFugenmasse zuvor auf einer Flieseauszuprobieren und den Boden vorher mitSeifenwasser anzufeuchten;- Verteilen Sie die Fugenmasse mit einemGummispachtel gleichmäßig über diegesamte Fläche des Bodenbelags;- Wir empfehlen, jeweils kleine Bereiche(4 oder 5 m2) auszufugen und dasüberschüssige Material mit einerReinigungsmaschine, einem feuchtenLappen oder Schwamm zu entfernen.- Für die Durchführung der Endreinigungempfehlen wir die Verwendung einerReinigungsmaschine mitFilzpolierscheiben oder die Handreinigungmit Reinigungsmitteln auf Säurebasis,wobei die Hinweise auf dem Behälter desReinigungsmittels zu berücksichtigensind. Anschließend mit reichlich klaremWasser nachwischen.- Für die Entfernung hartnäckiger Fleckenwird die Verwendung eines Dampfreinigersempfohlen.- Nach Abschluss der Endreinigung sollteder frisch verlegte Bodenbelag bis zumEnde der übrigen Arbeiten durch eineentsprechende Abdeckung geschütztwerden.

La corretta realizzazione di un pavimentoPorcelainwood di IRIS CERAMICA dipende dainnumerevoli fattori che vanno al di là dellecaratteristiche tecniche ed estetiche delmateriale, quali ad esempio il sottofondo, igiunti di dilatazione, lo strato legante, ecc…,cioè tutti gli elementi che costituiscono ilsistema di pavimento. E' pertanto fondamentaleche tutte le operazioni di posa del materialevengano svolte con la massima correttezza, alfine di garantire una riuscita ottimale del lavoro.Le tecniche utilizzate per la produzione dellacollezione e i materiali di cui questa si compone,favoriscono la riproduzione delle conformazioninaturali del legno e pertanto consentono diconsiderare il prodotto un materialeeffettivamente naturale. Tale caratteristica vieneinoltre enfatizzata dalle tipiche variazioni dicolore, garanzia di qualità, che può essereulteriormente evidenziata dalla capacità delposatore nel creare una superficie unicasfruttando al massimo queste caratteristiche. A tale scopo forniamo alcuni consigli per laposa del materiale IRIS CERAMICA:- stendere 3m2 di materiale sul pavimento alfine di accertare l'effetto estetico d'insieme.Per favorire il mix cromatico, si consiglia diutilizzare materiale contenuto in cartonidifferenti;- Effettuare la posa avvicinando i vertici dellepiastrelle, senza farle mai coincidere con lametà dell'altra (si veda disegno a pagina 61).Lasciare 1 mm di fuga, utilizzando fuganti acolore in tono con il materiale;- Tamburellare la superficie del prodottoaffinché tutte le bolle d'aria e le cavità dellamalta vengano eliminate e il cemento liquidofuoriesca dai giunti;- Attendere 48-72 ore prima di consentire untraffico regolare sul pavimento. Stuccare edeffettuare la pulizia finale;- Con l'utilizzo di collanti ad indurimentonormale, dopo la posa aspettare 24/48 oreprima di procedere con il riempimento dei giunti,in caso di collanti a presa rapida si puòprocedere già dopo 4 ore;- Nel caso in cui si presentasse la necessità diutilizzare uno stucco di colore scuro, èconsigliabile verificare lo stucco scelto su unapiastrella, bagnando preventivamente ilpavimento con acqua saponata;- Stendere lo stucco su tutta la superficie delpavimento, servendosi di una spatola gommata;- Si consiglia di procedere per piccole zone (4o 5 m2) durante il riempimento dei giunti,rimuovendo il materiale in eccesso con unapulitrice oppure con un panno umido o unaspugna.- Successivamente, pulire accuratamente e afondo il pavimento utilizzando una pulitricedotata di rondelle di feltro, oppure a mano condetergenti a base di acidi, seguendo le istruzioniriportate sulle confezioni. Risciacquareabbondantemente con acqua.- Nel caso in cui si dovessero presentaremacchie difficili da rimuovere, utilizzare unapulitrice a vapore.- Dopo aver effettuato la pulizia finale,proteggere il pavimento posato di fresco finoalla fine dei lavori.

The proper installation of anIRIS CERAMICA

Porcelainwood floor dependson countless factors unrelated

to the technical andappearance characteristics ofthe material itself, such as the

substrate, the expansionjoints, the layer of adhesive ormortar, etc.; in other words,

everything that goes to makeup the floor system. It is

therefore vital for alloperations involved in

installing the material to becarried out to the highest

standards, to guarantee thevery best final results.

The techniques used for thecollection's production and

the materials of which itconsists are intended to

reproduce the naturalconformation of wood, and the

product can thus beconsidered as an actual

natural material. Thischaracteristic is further

enhanced by the distinctivevariations in colour, a

guarantee of quality which canbe highlighted even more by

a skilled installer, who willmake full use of this feature

to create a truly uniquesurface. To enable this, the

following is some usefuladvice for installation of the

IRIS CERAMICA material:- spread 3m2 of material overthe floor to check the effect ofthe combination obtained. For

a better colour mix, use ofmaterial from different boxes

is recommended;- When installing, place the

tips of the tiles together, neverplacing them midway along

the next tile (see drawing onpage 61). Leave a joint of 1mm and use grouts which

match the colour of thematerial;

- Tap down the surface of theproduct until all air bubbles

and cavities in the mortar areeliminated and liquid cement

comes out of the joints;- Wait 48-72 hours before

allowing normal traffic acrossthe floor. Grout and perform

final cleaning;- When using normal-setting

adhesives wait 24/48 hoursafter laying before filling the

grouts; with quick-settingadhesives, a wait of only 4

hours is required;- In the event that a dark grout

has to be used, the chosengrout should first be tested onone tile, first wetting the floor

with soapy water;- Apply the grout tothe whole floor with a rubber
