Ans. Go to Admin approver user.

Q2. What Shall I do if I face “Open Request ”?

Ans. Contact JAFZA Portal Team to close the open SR.

Q3. What shall I Do when the license is already expire d & Sanction is appearing?

Ans. Contact JAFZA Portal Team to remove it temporarily.

Q4. What shall I do if I have Three Groups Activities?

Ans. As per JAFZA Rules, Restrict Client with more than two groups needs to reduce to two groups or convert to General.

Q5. How can I view Jafza Comments?

Ans. Online from “View History”.

Q6. Can I renew my license before the Lease?

Ans. No, Lease should be renewed and paid before starting the license renewal.

Ans. Yes, for Warehouse/Plot you can start the license renewal & the OFC before three months of the expiry date. Note: OFC should be renewed before the licence renewal

Q8. Off-Site Client /Office Lease Holder with activity of “Food, Chemicals or Cosmetic do we need EHS Approval?

Ans. Yes, Fill Form No.2 on the company letterhead scan and forward to EHS to Mr. Mothilal on mothilal.Simanlal@dubaiworld.ae.

Q9. Do we need EHS Approval for Plot Facility with Open Yard, or Under Construction?

Ans .Yes, Fill Form No.3 for open yard, Form No.4 for under construction on the company letterhead scan and forward to EHS to Mr. Mothilal on mothilal.Simanlal@dubaiworld.ae.

Q10. For Off-Site Client, do I need any prior Lease approval before renewing the license?

Ans . Offsite lease confirmation is required from Commercial Sales LB-15.

Note: The confirmation of Offsite lease should be take it before the licence renewal.

Q11. Do I require all type of insurance?

Ans . If Off-Site (Only Workmen’s Compensation), Office/Warehouse (Workmen's Compensation & Third Party), and Plot (Workmen’s Compensation, Third Party and Fire & Peril). Check form No.7

Ans. This means that your licence has expired , you have to renew the licence to remove the mark.

Q18. I would like to request for activity amendment with licence renewal on the same time?

Ans. Yes, you can do the amendment with renewal, please contact licence section first.

Q19. Where can I find the Jafza Renewal forms and EHS Undertaking letters?

Ans. You can access to www.jafza.ae client Lounge Commercial Applications Forms

Q20. Why does the below error of activity restriction appears.

Ans. Trading and Industrial licenses are restricted to be renewed online if they are having more than 2 activity groups .In all such case please contact operations for License activity amendment.
