dateB this can be done by clic.ing on the !alendar button which will display the current month@s

calendar" -he system is designed in such a way that it will automatically ignore the holidays

declared and the wee.ends and will calculate the no"of absence days accordingly" -he employee

has option to cancel the leae re:uest at any time of application by clic.ing on the ance

button"

As the name suggests, this module gies an oeriew of all the -rael 8e:uests raised, and the

user can ma.e any !hanges, Delete re:uests and also create expense re:uests"

 -o ma.e any changes to the existing -rael 8e:uest, the user has to select the record and thenclic. on the appropriate button, for example if the employee wants to ma.e changes to the trae

re:uest, they need to select the re:uest 0rst, and then clic. on the !hange -rael 8e:uest button

and the screen will open in editable mode for the employees to ma.e any changes in the same"

E'pense Overvie%

As the name suggests, this module gies an oeriew of all the Expense re:uests raised by the

employee which are lin.ed to their trael re:uests" -he employee can either ?iew/Print their

expense re:uests, Add new re:uests, or !hange/Delete existing re:uests

 -o ma.e any changes to the existing Expense 8e:uest, the user has to select the record and then

clic. on the appropriate button, for example if the employee wants to ma.e changes to the

Expense 8e:uest, they need to select the appropriate re:uest 0rst from the list, and then clic. on

the !hange button and the screen will open in editable mode for the employees to ma.e any

changes in the same"
