This project consists of a 1,200 sq m single family house, located in a high sloped terrain. Due to ecological and land regulations the main goal was to achieve the most living area with the minimum footprint. Natural lightning and ventilation were used to make the most of the spectacular views; integration with nature was the design concept.

360 sq m single family house commissioned by a Doctor and his family. The terrain long proportions (10m by 36m) in a a rocky sloped hill was the obstacle to beat.

Again, natural ventilation and illumination are a most in a city where electricity bills sky rockets in summer time.

46 sq m addition and remodeling of an existing old house. Located in a former residential zone, few houses remains. Security and noise isolation were a main issue. A steel structure combined with cellular concrete masonry made an excellent choice.
