Our Organic Salmon are reared in the wild clear waters of the Atlantic

Ocean six kilometers off the west coast of Ireland.

This location is recognised as one of the most exposed in western Europe,

allowing the Salmon to live and feed in conditions that resemble

thier natural habitat.

Organic Smoked Salmon:

Traditionally smoked using Oak and Beechwood. This lengthly process

helps capture and enhance the flavour of the Salmon at its best,

Graham is a digital consultant working with design agencies across London.

His career began working as a conventional animator for Walt Disney, later

moving on to work as a designer at Holmes and Marchant.

Graham also works with Williams Murray Hamm, Dew Gibbons, Pearlfisher,

Lewis Moberly, Blast, Together, Hat-Trick and HGV. He specialises in providing

IT support (hardware and software) training, digital artwork, production and

digital file creation.

He also provides digital illustration, 3d visualisation and animation

Graham Burt- Managing Director

Kasia is a graphic designer specialising in packaging design and branding.

She was design director at Lewis Moberly for 10 years and has worked freelance

for many prestigious design agencies including Pearlfisher, Coley Porter Bell,

Williams Murray Hamm, Dew Gibbons and Wolf Olins.

Kasia is also an Associare Lecturer on the BA Graphic Design course at Central St Martins

College of Art and Design, where she has recently worked in collaboration with Hennessy

and Louis Vuitton. She has given talks on packaging design at the Design Museum and is

involved with the D&AD student awards.
