Modeling an Interior Space
This project required the selection of an interior space on the University of Cincinnati. The space modeled here is Tangeman University. After the space was modeled there needed to be a change made to the space that would improve it.
3
Improvement of Modeled Space
The way that Tangeman University was altered was that the normally gray steps were painted with the colors of the school.

Ludlow Literary Center
This literarty center located on Ludlow St. in Cincinnati is focused on drawing people through the space, as well as blending the boundaries between the exterior and the interior. With large bearing walls permeating the building and focusing on the Northern and Southern axis, this literary center allows for the user to be directed through the spaces within the site.

Residential Design
This residence was designed to fit the needs of a fellow student and what she envisioned her life to be like when she was 30. Room for a growing family was essential, as well as space for entertainment and relaxing.

Workplace of the Future
Centralizing DesignWith electronic shopping increasing, the shopping infrastructures in the future will no longer be necessary to the consumer. Instead of having a mall full of shops, it will become a mall full of businesses.
This specific plan was a Design Mall, where you would have all disciplines under one roof in different districts. They would be able to work together and draw ideas from one another in order to facilitate new design ideas.

Santander Bank Conversion
The conversion of Soverign Banks to Santander Banks was the major project focused on during this co-op. Many site visits were involed in order to obtain measurements and photos that could then be edited to present to the client what each branch would look like once we re-branded the space.
Below, you can see the re-branding process of a teller back wall. This included getting rid of the existing teller queue line, as well as adding some digital media and rebuilding the safety glass.

Apart from neutralizing teller back walls, new ATM walls needed to be added and any merchandising that was placed in the vestibule needed to be removed

Some of the teller lines were too long to ob-tain a full photo for branding. Therefore some of the photos were selected, adjusted,
and combined in order to have a full idea of the effect of our branding.
