Design  I Concept:  Blur

The  idea  was  inspired  by  the  movie  name  “The  Street  fo  Crocodile”  which  show  about  an  exploring  of  a  puppet  in  a  dark  secrete  house  with  a  confusing  in  mind  and  without  destination.

Meditation  Space

We  Retreat

Site:  Pattaya,  Thailand

Retreat?  In  this  case  is  a  religious  or  spiritual  term  for  time  taken  to  reflect  or  meditate. In  a  simple  way  of  thinking,  it’s  a  free  of  stress,  suffering,  disturbing, annoying  or  sadness.    We  want  to  eliminate  these  from  our  mind,  our  soul  or  our  feeling  by  doing  a  religious  or  spiritual  acting  such  as  meditation.

Absence  -  Architecture >>>   Hide  away  in  the  nature       Minimalist  architecture       Invisilbe  from  public       Natural  materials

Natural  material  such  as  bamboo  was  used  in  design  and  it’s  a  part  of  design  concept  that  possibly  integrate  wellin  to  the  surrounding  atmosphere.  It  also  helps  the  building  itself  to  blend  in  the  nature.

Transparent  glass  also  was  used  as  a  partof  design  concept  to  make  the  spaceinvisible.

Case  Study

The  design  of  Apple  flagship  stores,    express  the  meaning,  the  achievement  and  the  goal  of  its  products  as  well  as  its  brand.  Both  exteriors  and  interiors  are  design  as  simple,  clear  and  clean.      Wood  has  been  selected  for  the  exhibition  tables  “natural  feeling  of  wood  gives  warmth  to  space”.  Glass  is  used  to  make  space  lighter  and  bigger.  Walls  are  either  white  or  covered  with  aluminium  “  aluminium  to  give  technological  feeling”.
