Resources

Cremarfil Marble Products provides materials from one of the largest

Marble Quarries in the world located in Spain and Germany. The ability to

provide constancy in marble delivery is key to success for Real Estate

Developers.

We focus strongly on the maintenance between Quarry and Application to

provide our Clients with Marble Pieces in the same Tone and Colour Range

on High Volume Basis not only in delivery but most important in the

Finalisation on Real Estate Ground.

Outsourcing

When it comes to Quality Management the biggest outcome for Investors

is with no doubt the Process of Outsourcing.

The whole philosophy of obtaining the right Marble Block is hidden in the

Experience of Generations working directly in the Mining Sector. Migel

Angel Segura is one of the Members in the Marble Quarry Association of

Spain getting up every morning at 5.00 to be the first at Monte Coto before

Transport

Big Marble Blocks (8 ton) are cut out with special technology from the

marble wall in the quarry and are delivered with heavy weight lorries to the

factory for processing. The process between mining and factory is the most

elementary point for volume operations where any risk is reduced by being

independent of outside quarries. Cremarfil Marble Products is directly

involved in the Mining Sector to maintain control in the very early stage of

Quarriing and to provide the basement for the next proccesing cyclus.

Worldwide there is little competition with our Production Line when it

comes to deliver a certain amount in a certain standard on a certain time.

Our High Tech Equipment allows us an output of 700 m2 on a daily basis

Formats & Surfaces

To understand the effect of Formats and Surfaces we can look at Marble as

a Garment applied in the Fashion Industrie. In this case Marble covers the

biggest part of Interior Living Space where cut and surface determines the

visual effect. We have decided to go with European Designer Standards in

the Format of 40x60cm or 60x60cm which are considered to be the most

attractive and also the most effective in Interior Solutions. The surface is

elaborated with special High Tech Machinery to obtain a Shiny, Natural or

Antique effect.

Packaging

The Packaging Philosophie at Cremarfil Marble Products is all about

Costumer Satisfaction. With every pallet 1m3 / 20m2 / 1000 kg / we

provide for our costumers a gift box with traditional specialities from

Spain or Germany. Our staff loves to bring something new into the gift box

so we are really up to date with our surprises.

Delivery

Cremarfil Marble Products delivers worldwide by road and sea in an

average time of 30 days. Marble is clasificated by tone and structure and

packed into wooden pallets in industrial Formats of 40x60cm and 60x60cm.

1m2 with 2cm thickness has an average weight of 55kg. Pallets has the

volume of 1m3 and an average weight of 1100kg, covering 20m2 of marble.

We work with one of the biggest Logistic Centres of Europe CEVA Logistic

to provide your product save and on time. Our focus stays on quick &

effective handling of pallets to the placement of single marble pieces on the

floor & wall area.

Instalment

Qualified Workers are needed for every product to be instaled, more so, to

fit Marble one needs well trained and educated Layers. “The Marble you get

is always as valuable as it is instaled” comments Jose Luis Hisado Top Fitter

from Spain when installing 36 tonns of Marble at Chateau Appony. The

overall Outcome of Floor & Wall Design is determined by 50% of Material

(Sortiment, Outsourcing, Manufacture, Formats & Surface) and 50% by

Instalment (Organization, Calculation, Expertice & Craftmanship). Many

Tiling Companies got a Certificate of Standards in Marble Instalments on
