Bridges

Where every thing be-gins and ends, the nat-urally ventilated and will shaded plaza is all you need for an outdoor event in jeddah. Entre-preneurs meets public here while public use the plaza as a way.

How public reads your building will give an im-portant first impression about what level of busi-ness you do.

Being a part of a huge united businessmen group will help your company to grow.

15 meters high, direct view to the sea, just 30 meters away from your office, is perfect place to relax, make partner-ships, and talk to your customers.

The Elevated plaza is just bridges.

Bridges that links all parts of the project to-gether, these links ar-en’t just physical ones it’s a visual ones also , wherever you where you can see everything.

Orienting public to the inside of the project by forming these alleys which provides a shorter and shaded ways to their destinations from / to Phlastin st.

How public reads your building will give an im-portant first impression about what level of busi-ness you do.

Being a part of a huge united businessmen group will help your company to grow.

Buildings can say wel-come, this projects way of saying that is by be-ing angled to your view angle, by giving you a decent look to the inside and attracting you by “here and there “theory.

Living SpaceThe open plan of the

space and visual com-munication between it and the public space helps the patients not to feel separated from their community.

PlazaThe place public will

use , communicate the patients and think about their health situations.

Users of the walk are invited by obvious ramps to climb on the building and use its facilities of it.

While thy are there to use the facilities con-nections will happen.

Locally familiar colors and massing helps to accept the massage of building.

The public spaces building shares also helps delivering the massage
