will be prioritized based on how the Project

Manager ranked the projects against the

business drivers on the Strategic Impact page.

• System calculates the consistency ratio

• Inconsistent prioritizations should be reviewed and the prioritization exercise repeated

The initial calculation is automatically saved as the baseline scenario. The baseline scenario represents the unconstrained selection of every project.
