shops of 4 days each were run involving some theory and practice on strawbale constructions were made (a horse

Oct 2009 – now: Refurbishment of damaged buildings | L'Aquila | ItalyProject and site managing of buildings damaged by the earthquake of April 2009. The main objective is to turn them

seismic resistant in a cost-efficient way for the Government, as many of them are made with poor materials and

without any structural project.

Jun 2009 – Feb 2010: E.V.A. Project at Pescomaggiore | L'Aquila | ItalyE.V.A. Eco-Villaggio Autocostruito (self-made ecovillage) was a special occasion for building sustainable houses

for some people of a little village who could not afford to move to the new towns of public reconstruction. Me and

two of my collegues we attended the job of architectural designers, site managers, material seekers, volunteers

managers and trainers and got directly involved in the construction of 7 single houses made with eco-friendly mate-

rials and the sustainable technology of wood and strawbales; no building firms. The project is a work in progress.

Feb 2009 – in progress: Enlargement of I.C.B.I.E. institute | Salvador | BrazilCollaboration with the EWB Howard University of Washington for the refurbishment and enlargement project of the

Institute of Italian-Brazilian Culture. It consisted in a better organization of the interior spaces in order to add some

more classrooms and to cover the courtyard for making a theatre for the people of the suburb. http://www.icbie.com

Jul 2007 – Jun 2008: Site Manager for the company ALTAC s.l. | Madrid | SpainMalaga (Spain). Enlargement of an industrial mill: construction of 8 new silos and new offices, new steel structure

for the old silos, new electric and hydric line.
